New Elements and New Skill Training

This one of the first sites that let you make up your every own custom skill. You can combine different types of ninja arts to make your character stand out more from others. But you have to train for your new skill. You may also train to gain a new skill. Lets say you are Chuunin with only two skills and you want a third you are allowed to train different skills. However there is a max per rank on how many you can have. This will encourage people to make up knew types of skills to use. Each skill word count will cost you 1,500 words.

C-Rank:Two Skills Max
B-Rank:Three Skills Max
A-Rank:Four Skills Max
S-Rank:Four Skills Max

If you are wanting another element you must have a word count training of 2,000 words per element. This will allow people to train to learn a new element. However there will be a max placed on the amount of Elements you can learn. Advance Elements will be allowed of your current elements, examples how fire becomes blaze.
