Looks:
Head: Katsuchiyo's head is heart shaped and his face holds a betraying youth of one who is far less experienced in war as he truly is as he looks young and pretty. His eyes are a piercing shade of blue that is very noticeable from just seeing him, his lips are thin, and his expression is usually stern. His hair is brown in colour, long in length and rather shaggy in nature though lustrous. He also bares no facial hair as his smooth skin is clean shaved.
Body: A well trained samurai and a veteran of many battles at a young age has made Katsuchiyo's body powerful, toned and lithe. "One needs to be as fast as possible on the battlefield whilst also remaining powerful" say's Katsuchiyo. His abdominal region in particular is indeed very ripped as his core muscles are impeccable though his arms and legs, whilst strong and built, are covered in scars from enemy sword coming down on him during battle.
Attire: Katsuchiyo's attire consists of a very baggy robe that's beige in colour and yet still easy to move about in so long as he doesn't decided to jump through trees. The robe is tied back with a blue ribbon, imprinted with the images of various flowers, a gift from a higher ranking Samurai after a great battle which he showed supreme courage. The ribbon of flowers is a symbol of the 'Onigami' Samurai clan as is the beige coloured robe. he wears them with pride as a Onigami Samurai
Personality:
Honor Bound: Ayumu is a Samurai and as a Samurai he strictly believes in the code that a Samurai serves his master by ties of honor and that a Samurai must uphold the ideals of a respectable nobleman. He marks everything down to what he considers honorable so if someone infringes on his honor by insulting him, he'll fight them even if it means his death. He will also not take jobs considered un-honorable and condemns people who do. He hates Ninja and thinks that they're scum. Before a fight, Ayumu will bow to his opponent to show that he charishes everything that is about to happen- even if he was about to die.
Proud: Ayumu is proud of his Samurai heritage and of his history with the Onigami clan, despite its embarrassing destruction. He thinks himself as an excellent swordsmen considering his record of surviving so many battles and so goes out of his way to avoid them unless of course his honor would be dented by said avoidance. He also refuses to harm women and children as it is beneath him, unless of course they are shinobi upon which point he'll show no mercy.
Kind: Ayumu believes that a Samurai should be kind, courteous, and treat his superiors with respect, as per the code of the Samurai. In keeping with this he is not beyond helping the less fortunate and will gladly offer his aid to others in need of a sword. He also greets those he meets in passing with the same respects that he wishes to be greeted with and tries to never insult someone because of the unfavourable repercussions.

- The Onigami Clan can be called a non-ninja clan because unlike the ninjas they don't have normal chakra that can be used for Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, instead they have a special type of chakra they came to call Spirit Chakra that has different characteristics then the normal chakra ninjas use, they also generate high amounts of this special chakra so they have high stamina.
Spirit Chakra: This chakra has many abilities yet it cannot be use to create fire or lighting or any other element, or even manipulate them, like normal chakra. Spirit Chakra can be called an element in a way. This chakra normally has a white color but this can change depending on the user, an evil person can have darker chakra, it also changes depending on the usage. Spirit Chakra can be molded into anything the user wishes, the user can harden it or make it softer, they can make it into a ball or thin wire, and this of course depends on the user's skills. Another property of this chakra is its ability to heat up, by making the molecules that make this chakra vibrate more and more the user can make it hotter but for this they require incantations, it can also cool down.
Since they can't be ninjas the clan is mostly made of samurai and other types of warriors. These warriors have however two items that give them the power to stand against ninjas.
Konbuki: When the Onigami Clan members reach a certain age their body becomes unable to hold the big amounts of Spirit chakra and so at the beginning many died because of it, but then the original Konbuki was copied and began the "mass production". At first it is a simple pendent but when it is given to a Onigami member it will react and transform into the weapon that better suits that member, afterwards the weapon will create a unbreakable link with the Onigami member because this weapon stores the excess chakra that the bodies can't take and releases it into the user's body as his Spirit Chakra is used up. There are some Konbuki which hold special abilities only usable by their owners, like for example Rangiku's ability to turn the blade into ash and control it or Gin's ability to extend the blade, to create balance between clan members the Onigami developed the Azure Dragon Sword Style, and only the members that do not hold a special ability can learn this style, it is a law all Onigami must obey. In other words if you want the sword to hold a special ability you cannot know Azure Dragon Sword Style. (The abilities must of course be approved in the right section)
Stages- Han and Saigo
Han- This stage is for beginners, it is still only half the original mask which is what they can only control at first. When Han is formed they user will lose all rational thinking and give in to bloodlust becoming a killing machine. But remaining in a state such as this for too long will eventually leave the user in a empty shell for ever that is why most die or lose themselves during the Han stage, it is also hard to break the mask.
-No genin is capable of staying in control while Han is active, this mask will only form when the user is in a life or death situation and/or shows that they have weak minds allowing the demon to take over. The only ways to revert to normal are by removing the mask, breaking or knocking out the user. If the user is strong enough he can be able to take over for a second or so and break the mask but will need a very strong and sound mind. Must be Genin rank or above to obtain this stage and must have a 1500 word ofr training done. But If a Genin wants to stay in control while the Han is active he must do a 2000 word training after the 1500 is done.
Saigo: Saigo is the final stage of a Konbuki's power. In this form the user's Konbuki transforms in what can be considered the ultimate weapon for its wielder becoming stronger and releasing the stored chakra. This is basically a maskless form of Mattaki that few Onigami have ever been able to achieve. While active it drains the same amount of life force than Mattaki, which means that users that don't have a mask and aren't used to the life force drain will get tired much quicker than a Mattaki user. This is a Jounin+ ability and requires a word count of up to 3000 to acquire it.
Onimane: The Clan secret creation, only 10 out of 100 are capable of using it and only 4 out of those 10 can use it and be able to control the power before it ends in their death. This mask is dangerous as it is powerful. When the user puts it on their eyeballs turn black and their eyes turn red. When the user actually forms the mask or it begins to form on its own the contract with the demon that the founder made will activate at full power, the demon will transfer his powers through the mask, in exchange for the user's life force. The mask boosts up speed by 30%, strength by 30%, agility by 30%, Spirit chakra manipulation by 30% and Spirit Chakra production by 30%. This mask cannot be in use for extended periods of time although higher ranked users can hold out for hours with the cost of their lives. It has 3 stages:
Kansei- Only for those who do not die in the process of using Han and don't lose themselves to the bloodlust, Kansei is the same as Han but instead of loosing themselves the user gains full control. Once the mask is broken or removed the user will have an extremely tired body because their life force is sucked, this of course depending on the time he used it. If the mask is broken and the user only had it from a small amount of time he can still form it again but activating it twice will drain twice the life force. The effects of the Onimane are only terminated if the mask is completely broken and off the user's face, if a small part such as around one eye is still on the user's face then the mask is still active. Only Chuunin level members have a shot at reaching Kansei, and once becoming Chuunin they must give 2000 words of training. Jounin+ members are capable of reforming broken pieces of the mask but those reformed pieces are weaker and easier to break.
Mattaki- In this form the user's Konbuki transforms in what can be considered the ultimate weapon for its wielder becoming stronger and releasing the stored chakra. Once the mask is broken or removed the user will have an extremely tired body because their life force is sucked. This form requires Jounin+ because of the cost of chakra and how much life force it sucks out of the body. The Clans member can decide on the ultimate weapon transformation they want their sword to switch into such as a golden hammer, etc.
The mask can be created by the user in the second stage at will by covering their face with their hands and focusing but those in the first stage, the mask will gradually begin to form.

- The Clan was created relatively soon by a samurai called Shishimaru. Shishimaru lived in a world of ninjas, a world where samurai were becoming extinct, no one cared about the way of the sword anymore, ninjas had it all, Ninjutsus, Taijutsus, Genjutsus and even their own styles of Kenjutsus, the ninjas had something that the samurai never could obtain, chakra attained by combining Spiritual Energy with Body Energy. Without chakra the Samurai couldn't use jutsus and those were forced to remain with their ways of the sword, although better than any ninja at sword fighting they could see that it wasn't enough their jobs started becoming scarce until few remained, but Shishimaru was different he didn't plan on losing to the ninjas he grew to hate, he trained his body to the point of breakdown but that wasn't enough until one day a small demon appeared in a dream, the demon spoke of power that no ninja could achieve, it spoke of a power that would balance the world of ninjas and samurai, a power that he was only giving away to the Onigami clan. Shishimaru marveled by the demon agreed to give what the demon wanted and in return, when he woke up he found 3 things at the bottom of his bed, a Scroll, a Pendant and finally a Mask, a white mask with strange markings in it. Shishimaru followed the demons instructions and showed his family the 3 items, and their powers, also there was a change in Shishimaru's body that was easy to be noticed, he was stronger, faster and more agile, it seemed that his body started creating Spirit Chakra, a special kind of chakra that only they had, it powered up their body's and gave them some new abilities. But Shishimaru's joy and new powers didn't last long for a year later the demon came back to reclaim what he wanted in the trade with the powers, he came back to take Shishimaru's soul, but before he took his soul he said "Don't worry, your clan will live on, with the Onimane curse."
Many years have passed and the Onigami clan flourished becoming bigger and more influential, gaining highly qualified jobs such as protecting feudal lords and creating the Shinsengumi.
The main Family house is located in The land of Infertile Soil.

Multi-tools are small enough to be carried in a trouser pocket or wallet. Many models also come with a pouch to wear them on the belt.The actual version supplied to the Multi-Tool includes a knife blade, a reamer, a bottle-opener/screwdriver/wire stripper, and a can-opener/screwdriver. Another well-known type is based on a pair of strong folding pliers, usually with wire cutters, and also has a folding knife blade as well as assorted other folding tools.
Origin: When born in the Onigami, at the age of 8 he began training with his dad and had got the multi tool first before his Konbuki.
Name: Cloak Type 3 (Overview)

Appearance: Picture A Harness and Cloak that attaches to one another. This harness is attached to the chest to be held up right that have long strips of leather reaching down to the cloak that attaches to the end of the cloak. Consider each strip to be a thick belt that attaches to the chest harness. Each harness has 5 pouches that holds 1/2 a slot each. These pouches are scroll length so they are able to hold knives, senbon, kunai and other items that are the same length as a scroll. This Cloak only has 6 belts that have a total of 15 slots to carry items inside.

Origin: Ayumu's dad had made this jacket as a gift because of all the battles that he had stood up on to protect the onigami clan. He had got this cloak at the rank of when he became Jounin.
Name: Konbuki "Jackal"- weapons name that Ayumu gave it but every Onigami sword is considered a Konbuki.

Appearance: [img][/img] Ayumu's Konbuki is different this most of the samurai in the Onigami clan. His Konbuki is a cutlass made from what appears to be an unbreakable alloy, with a golden, curved handguard and a curved blade. It bears an inscription on it, reading Blood of God. The Konbuki is potent in its sharpness and durability, capable of slicing through steel with ease; but what makes it truly remarkable is its special feature. It possesses a sliding compartment at the tip of its blade, under which rest six heavily-weighted senbon. With a press on a lever in the handguard, one of the heavy senbon shoots out at high speeds ( three times the speed of a thrown weapon ). After six shots are completed, Ayumu must pause during the battle for anywhere between six and ten seconds just to refill the weapon.

Origin: Ayumu did not make this weapon, it was given to him at a certain age and would have to learn to bend the sword while putting upgrades on it from the Samurai shop back at the Onigami hideout.

Description: A martial art style every Onigami learn when they are young. In Ouryuken, there are 3 main sectors ("arts") of training. The first, the Art of Blocking, is used to defend against attacks. The second, the Art of Grappling and Throwing and finally the third, Art of Striking. No matter which art one masters each member learns basic prediction of a person's movements, one actually uses the opponent’s eye movements, body movements, muscle movements, head movements, arms and legs movements and other factors to gain a certain prediction of the target’s moves, although nowhere near the sharingan’s prediction ability one can know where an attack is going to be made, what level of power it will have and more, there is also a high probability that the predictions are wrong.

Description: Ichigo's favorite Taijutsu Technique and it's one of the strongest attacks of the The Art of Striking. The user first needs to get close to the target, he must stop with the opposite side of the attack facing the target, like for example with his shoulder and right side of the waist turned to the target. The user will then pull back the arm chosen to attack and bend it, the palm will be open with the fingers bent down and the hand in a 90º angle upward with the forearm. When ready the user will rotate his body and thrust the palm forward, at the same time the user will twist his arm to add further power to the attack. Receiving a strike from this attack can be deadly or at least will end the match most of the time because of the combination of power. The Onigami already possess Herculean strength much like Tsunade but the combination of that strength, the rotation of the body and the rotation of the palm strike will cause massive internal damage affecting not only the bones but also the internal organs in the area of the strike.

Description: A technique that can be extremely dangerous in capable hands. This techniques was created to be used in case the Onigami member was deprived of a bladed weapon but still needed one or a situation of the like. After years of training their hands, hardening them, making them more resistant to strikes and such the Onigami are capable of using their hands like knives, using great speed and strength they are even capable of cutting wood blocks instead of breaking them, this of course makes it easy for them to cut or stab a person, this is often used when the target is pinned to the ground and instead of drawing a weapon to execute them they can stab the target with this technique.

Description: This technique uses the same concept as Hate but in a different way, instead of using the hands like knives' blades it uses them like the jaws of a predator beast. This technique consists of placing the hands in a claw like position, one on above the other with the palms facing each other to make it look like the mouth of a dragon, from this position the user can open the "mouth" and close it quickly tearing anything between the hands apart with ease, using both the sharp hands, speed and power.

Description: Oddly enough a technique used more effectively by women than men due to their natural and superior multitasking ability. This technique consists of simply attacking with both hands at the same time, nothing more, indeed it sounds easy but it certainly isn't, it requires allot of training to be able to do two different things with both hands and I mean allot. Using this technique the user can do a number of things like for example blocking while countering, I'm not talking about blocking an attack then launching a counter attack, I'm talking about blocking and attacking the target at the exact same time. The user can also attack two places at the same time making it exceptionally hard for Taijutsu user's to block both attacks. A drawback to this techniques is that the user cannot use his whole body, he cannot rotate his hip when punching and so one but this is compensated by the Onigami's strength.

Description: Another technique of the Art of Striking. This technique is rather simple to execute, the user starts by charging towards the target, when close enough he bends his body forward, closes his right fist and places his left hand over the closed fist. When the user is in range of the target he slams his front foot on the ground shifting his weight into it while aiming the right elbow upwards towards the target's stomach or another area, as he does this he extends the front leg, kicking off the ground and adding even more power to the impact.

Description: The ground is a weapon, even in striking the ground is a powerful weapon. This technique can also be called an How to punch effectively, the user is required to have both his feet on the ground when attacking otherwise he won't be able to use the ground to its full extent. When the user delivers a punch like for example an uppercut he will kick off the ground with his front leg, this effectively adds more power to an attack, this and the rotation of the body and other movements of the body make each punch powerful for a normal person, insane for an Onigami.

Description: A technique of the Onigami Ouryuken's Art of Striking. At first it looks like a simple kick but it's actually rather hard to do it correctly and effectively. The user will first bend the leg he's going to use to attack and raise it to the side about waist high, then he'll raise it higher while shifting his body to the side, when high enough the user will shift his body and deliver a downward kick usually to the target's shoulder or neck putting all his weight and power into the kick which normally is enough to knock out someone normal, an Onigami will shatter bones and cause massive damage with a single kick.

Description: This is the first Kido Spell that the Onigami clan children learn when they start their training. It is a very simple and fast way of trapping an opponent. The user must first release some Spirit Chakra into his index finger, then the user points it to the target and if close enough the Spirit Chakra will split in two and move from the finger into the target’s wrists then the two energies will move to each other and locks a target's arms in place behind their back. This SC is as hard as a steel chain.

Description: This is a very versatile technique that isn't often used by the Onigami Clan members due to their enhanced strength making it sometimes, useless. When an opponent attacks the user with simply Taijutsu attack such as a kick or punch the user first places the back of his hand in the direction of the attack and recites the name of the spell, a ball of Spirit Chakra will form in front of the back of the hand and when it it will go flat stopping the attack and then it will repel the attacking limb with the same force as the attack. This technique can only be used on opponents of the same rank or bellow and cannot block weapons, the user must also be strong enough to block the attack itself.

Description: This technique creates a kind of spider web like net to trap the targets and setting them up for an attack. The user will first recite the name of the spell while focusing Spirit Chakra all around their body, once this is done Spirit chakra will flow out in the form of strands that will stick to any surface like a spider web and to the target that is unlucky enough to get caught, although they look weak these strands are almsot as tough as metal so once caught it is very hard to get out form. The only strand connecting to the user is located on their shoulder. The user can then combine this technique with the Hadō 31: Shakkahō (Way of Destruction 31: Shot of Red Fire) sending the energy through the strands and making all of them explode, this could also harm the user if they are too close.

Description: This is a pretty basic technique that is in a way the Onigami's substitute of the ninja smoke bomb and as the name implies it is used for escaping a dangerous situation or attacking from within the smoke. The user will first slam both hands on the ground reciting the name of the spell, spirit chakra will the burst out of the user's hands and separate into tiny little particles that give it the same form of a red smoke cloud. This smoke will only last for a few seconds after the user removes his hands from the ground. Description: One of the 7 Mansions of the White Tiger. This is not as much a technique but more like a Style within a Style which is used in as a last resort if the user’s arms are unable to carry a blade. The user will actually hold the blade with his mouth, biting the hilt as hard as he can, fortunately the Onigami are like dogs and have strong jaws capable to even blocking incoming attacks with the sword and not lose the “grip†on the sword. This is also used when the user needs a free hand for another attack.

Description: One of the 7 Mansions of the Vermilion Bird. Using speed rather than power this technique is very good for incapacitating a target. The user first dashes towards the target at full speed, as he gets close enough he will jump to the ground with his feet in front and slide under the target’s legs. As the user slides under the target’s legs he will slash at one of the ankles, at both if the user has two weapons, and at least create a wound that will keep the target from using that leg during the battle, usually the Onigami’s strength is enough to slice the foot clean from the target’s leg.

- Onigami Ayumu was born Onigami Ayumu, Onigami meaning Great honor- the way of the sword and Ayumu meaning to walk.(Ayumu's name literally meaning great honor to walk the way of the sword at birth) with Katsuchiyo(Ayumu's dad) meaning thousand victories in succession or Victory Forever. Until his coming of age ceremony, Ayumu was the name he went by. Given to him by his father, the name Ayumu represented the pride he felt as a first time father who believed that his son would be of great worth to the clan one day.
Born to parents Katsu (his father) and Arisu (his mother) Onigami, Ayumu was the apple of his fathers eye and the man had high hopes for him though he would never see them fulfilled as soon after his birth he was killed in battle as a civil war of sorts was waged within the Land of Sand between rival Samurai clans, the culmination of said 'Civil War' not being fought until a distant day in the future. As a result the first few years of his life Ayumu were spent without a father of any sort until his mother remarried.
His mother married another Samurai by the name of Taro who was also a part of the Onigami Clan. Taro was considered a very honorable man who treated all with respect and was entrusted with the training of a large regiment within the Onigami. Ayumu was granted a big advantage because of that as he was taught swordsmanship from him at a young age, teaching that would greatly benefit him in future battles when he became a Samurai like his father and step-father before him. He was destined for greatness.
His battles were far off into the future however and, as a child, when he wasn't training he was spending time with his friend Aika, the daughter of a general within the Onigami, who was rather skilled with a naginata. Ayumu would do many things with Aika such as children's games such as hide and seek to more adult things such as weapons sparring at which they were rather even, Aika possibly better at fighting than him. Aika's father, Daijiro, noticed the relationship his daughter had with Ayumu and began talks with his parents about marriage in the future and came to an agreement that when the two were old enough that they would marry.
Daijiro thought Ayumu to be a nice boy who would grow up to be an man worthy of his daughter however the strain the arranged marriage placed on the two children's relationship when they found out was large. The two had only ever seen themselves as friends and never even had thought of marriage. For weeks Ayumu immersed himself with his sword training while Aika took a sudden interest in flower arranging in an attempt at avoiding each other. They were soon forced to see each other and so through an awkward conversation the two once again rekindled their relationship and even managed to begin seeing each other as more than friends.
They had a few romantic encounters since their reestablishment though overall their love was not meant to be as before they could be married Aika fell to illness and was lost forever. This caused what Ayumu called the first great 'Pain' of his life and the once happy young man turned to his sword to ease the pain he felt from her departure. Daijiro, though writhing in his own pain from his daughters loss, grew worried about Isaodai. Despite the fact that he and Aika had not married Daijiro thought of him as a son and wanted to find a way to cheer him up.
The Onigami elite then turned to the coming of age ceremony as a means to help heal his heart and asked Ayumu's step-father Taro that he could preside over the event to which the man agreed. Surprised that Daijiro had chosen not only to head the coming of age ceremony but also that he chose to still think of him as a son, Isaodai was speechless and very happy. The event culminated with Isaodai getting his new name, a name not chosen by his father but by Daijiro and while he was upset that Kato's name was being replaced he knew that it was just a part of the life he was destined to follow.
Daijiro bestowed the name 'Kenichi' upon Ayumu, named for his strong heart. Ayumu, now Kenichi, almost cried. He found himself so humbled by Daijiro and by all those who had attended the ceremony but most of all he missed Aika. He wanted her to know his new name, he wanted her to know who he now was but she couldn't, or at least that's what he thought. It turned out however that he was named by Aika as the girl asked her father on her death bed to name him that if given the chance, Daijiro having fulfilled her request.
This knowledge brought comfort to Ayumu's heart and provided him with the resolve to enter manhood but what lay around the corner would test that resolve as at the mere age of thirteen Ayumu was destined to enter his very first battle. The feud between the main Samurai Clan's in the Land of Water was beginning to spiral out of control and more and more battles were ensuing between them. It was the Taira Clan that first opposed the Onigami, whilst Kenichi was a Samurai, and he was marched off into battle as a front line infantryman under his step-father's leadership.
Kenichi was installed into Taro's infantry upon his claim to manhood though despite his connection with him he was not granted any special treatment. On the front lines of battle Kenichi was one of the first to meet the opposing Taira Clan in battle and he dove into the fray, his body shaking with fear. Despite being a Samurai and a man now Kenichi was still just thirteen fighting hardened veterans in battle. He was outmatched. Somehow however, throughout the struggle, he managed to fight and fight hard.
He met his opponents head on and survived. The Taira Clan was forced off the Onigami's land and an attempted invasion was averted. Kenichi had lived through his first battle, a claim that while not uncommon was indeed a feat worth bragging about for one as young as he. His Step-Father found him after the battle and commended the boy for surviving, as did Daijiro. Things weren't finished however, the Taira Clan had attempted to invade the Tachibana, they had to be dealt with for this treachery.
Not even a day later Kenichi was on the march to battle once more as his regiment, Taro's regiment, was called in to launch a counter attack against the Taira under the leadership of Daijiro and another Onigami General, Genkei. Kenichi was once again on the front lines of his army, marching along side men twice his age at the least. He was an underdog of surviving the last battle though this battle he was below even that. He was about to be a part of a full fledged invasion, this was an all out battle with the majority of the Tachibana and the full forces of the Taira. His death was most likely.
It was the break of dawn that they arrived the Taira's stronghold and the invasion began. The Taira had archers, horsemen, infantry, all sorts of soldiers in spades but the Onigami were just as numerous and met them head on with aspirations of honor and victory in their hearts. They broke the Taira and took control of the Taira strong hold, claiming it for their own and forced the surviving Taira to flee the area but what of Kenichi? Did he survive? Of course he did. Throughout the struggle and chaos, Kenichi managed to keep his life and help lead the Onigami to victory once more.
After the battle Ayumu sought out his Step-Father but came across Daijiro instead. He was glad to see that the boy had indeed once again survived and was with the other General Genkei who pretty much took a shot at Ayumu's bravery, stating that he just ran away when the battle began only to rejoin the group upon the conclusion. Ayumu wanted to out the man there and then however remembered that the man, as well as being a samurai of much more experience than himself, was a leader of his Clan and so he replied politely and assured him that it was untrue and claimed his wound to be authentic.
Genkei did not press the matter any further and chose to occupy himself with the matters of the Clan's establishment in the stronghold, which Daijiro also found to be prudent and helped him with whilst Ayumu looked around for his father once more. Finding the man helping with the wounded Ayumu also decided to help out and met a few more of his fellow Samurai and watched as a few of them lost their lives. Over all however the Onigami's losses were small, not to many were killed considering and with this new victory the Clan became a super power amongst the Samurai Clan's within the Land of Sand though that came with it's own dangers.
With this new territory under the Clan's control the Tachibana were able to deter a large amount of the Samurai Clan's from challenging them however it was only a temporary position. Kenichi made the most of it however and trained himself in the art of swordsmanship relentlessly, pushing himself to become stronger, to be better. It wasn't until he was fifteen that he would once again be called to battle. The Date Clan, another super power within Water, opposed the Onigami and began to focus its efforts on wiping out the Onigami.
The Onigami however would prove to be a worthy foe and managed to fend off a series of assaults by the larger, more battle ready Clan and even managed to initiate an assault of their own that would either make or break the Onigami. Ayumu was a part of a large number of battles to defend his home, the majority of which were victories and battles lost were always reclaimed though despite the victories he had seen he was still very nervous about the battle that stood on his doorstep, the Onigami's invasion of the Date Clan.
It was an all out assault, either the Onigami won or lost, it was a complete gamble, though each samurai still marched onward. Fear was taking a backseat. The full forces of the Onigami met the full forces of the Date Clan and after a meeting of the Clan's leaders, the Clan's charged into the fray as Ayumu was once again on the front lines, fighting for his life. Blades struck against blades, spears dug into the skins of horses and the shouts of men came from every direction. Ayumu was scared but still he fought, he fought with all his might for hours until he found a way out of the battle to rest with some fellow Tachibana Samurai.
The Samurai he met with were Takeuchi and Ren. Men of great valor and honor, Takeuchi and Ren shared a little food with Ayumu and spoke with him for a while before once again charging into the fray. This time Ayumu had Ren and Takeuchi by his side when he fought which distilled confidence in him though he was still scared. The battle waged on for day's as the armies rested during the night for the most part. It wasn't until the Date Clan issued their surrender that the fighting stopped Kenichi was able to rest.
The Ayumu had prevailed against the odds and were victorious against those who sought there destruction! Takeuchi and Ren accompanied Ayumu home as their own had been destroyed by the Date and their families lost in the chaos. Ayumu had made some friends in his fight and so he offered them a place within his own home so that they could find some peace, he just had to clear it with his father but where was he? It wasn't until he returned home that he found out that he fell in battle and was privy to just how many lives within the Tachibana were lost.
Ayumu was now the man of his household so he didn't need the man's permission to allow Takeuchi and Ren entry into his home. They were welcome. This wasn't the only thing that was wrong however as Genkei informed the Samurai of this particular area that Daijiro had also perished in the battle. The loss of both Taro and Daijiro installed upon Kenichi the second great 'Pain' in his life as his father figures were now gone. Despite his hurt there was still the matter of reforming the ranks of the military and someone needed to head the remaining regiment of Taro's Samurai at which point Genkei asked for suggestions.
He asked for the name of Taro's best student to which a Samurai stated Ayumu's name, and informed the General that it was his son. Genkei then asked for Ayumu to approach and became puzzled that the boy was so young though found familiarity in his face. Genkei asked Ayumu if they had met before and Kenichi confirmed that they had upon the Clan's conquering of the Taira Clan. Baffled by the boy's ability to survive through such things despite his age he decided to amuse the boy and allowed him to head the regiment though gave him a stiff warning that it would cost him his life if he failed. Kenichi accepted.
The Onigami were in trouble however as most of their numbers were gone and their ability to lay claim to the fact that they are a super power was dwindling however hope came in the form of the Fujiwara Clan, a clan in retreat after being defeated by another in the Land of Fire. The Tachibana agreed to give them Land in exchange for their loyalty to which the Fujiwara accepted. Now the Clan was once again in a position of power though they needed to reaffirm that position, they needed another victory to deter aggression from other clans.
The newly elected Clan Head Genkei, assuming the position temporarily after the death of the previous head in the last battle, decided to utilize Ayumu's regiment for this. Now since being instated as the regiments head Kenichi promoted both Takeuchi and Ren as his Captains to help regulate the force and has managed to increase its numbers, taking in some other struggling Samurai whose own regiments had been pretty much destroyed. He was now in command of one of the largest Regiments in the Onigami Clan, a highly credited position only praised more so because of his age.
It was decided by Genkei that his regime attack the stronghold Nakatome Clan, a clan that wasn't to big in numbers however had caused enough problems for the Tachibana Clan to justify attacking it. This was Kenichi's test, either he came back victorious or he was to commit suicide for his shame. Luckily for him however that it was the former manner in which he returned as he overpowered the Nakatome and forced them to retreat, surprising Genkei who thought that he would end up dead one way or another.
Ayumu, with this victory, had managed to get into Genkei good books, a very good thing for him to do as Genkei bestowed upon him more money, men, and a new name. Genichi. Taking his name with honor, Kenichi, now Genichi, meaning one spring, took his troupe and trained them relentlessly, making them some of the strongest Samurai out there and a driving force within the Tachibana. Upon turning eighteen however war was brewing in the Land once more and soon the Minamoto Clan began to seize power.
The Minamoto attacked and conquered all of the Land of Water, apart from the Onigami, and demanded that the Clan surrender to them or else. The new leader of the clan, Nori Onigami, was arrogant however and refused to surrender, a choice that all of the Onigami agreed with, a Samurai could not sit down and let their honor be tarnished like that after all. War was once again on the Onigami though by now another two years would have passed and Genichi was now twenty.
During the time between the declaration of war against the Minamoto however the Onigami had to contend with a great number of smaller battles as the smaller Samurai Clan's grew nervous and tried to raise the level of their fame. During this time Genichi was asked to fight on multiple occasions however each time he was asked to fight and win, he did so and he raked up an impressive victory count and earned a reputation amongst the Samurai in Water Country as the, 'Kensei Kurogane - the Iron Sword Saint'.
His feats once again awarded him an honor as a Daimyo of the Tachibana invited him to his estate, a man by the name of Miyamoto, to get to know one another. Impressed with his accomplishments, Miyamoto blessed upon Genichi novelties and even offered him his daughters hand in marriage though Genichi turned the offer down. This upset Miyamoto for a moment though upon explanation of why he was doing so the Daimyo understood and instead blessed upon Genichi a new name. Shinhide meaning True excellence.
Fast forwading back to two years later and as the head of his elite group Genichi, now Shinhide, volunteered them for participation in the first wave of attacks against the Minamoto and laid claim to an early victory to which he was commended by the heads of the Tachbana however his regime was quickly once again thrown into battle as they came under attack by a Minamoto counter force. The losses were heavy through this battle though Shinhide's battalion thwarted the enemy attack and earned the Onigami another victory in the war against the Minamoto.
The loses were to heavy though, Ren, who had accompanied him for much of his Samurai career, was killed leaving Takeuchi as his only Captain though soon even he would fall. With his army's number down, Shinhide was left with no choice but to join another battalion under the leadership of a different Samurai. This regime also came under attack however and the leader was killed in the chaos though Shinhide lead his fellow Tachibana to victory in his place earning him the attention of the Clan's Shogun, Ryuunosuke.
Ryuunosuke called Shinhide to his domain having heard about his accomplishments in the name of the Tachibana awarded him the title of Daimyo over a piece of Land and granted him leadership of a large majority of the Onigami's army. Surprised that events turned out the way they had Shinhide was also given one final parting gift before being sent out to war, of course a new name. The Shogun gave him the new title of Katsuchiyo, in reverence of his many victories for the Tachibana and the future victories he would also win in their name.
Shinhide, now Katsuchiyo, immediately promoted Takeuchi to lead his own battalion of Samurai and granted him use of a horse as they prepared for battle however things would not go as expected. The Minamoto had already sent out their own armies to meet the Tachibana and were at their doorstep in massive numbers. The Ayumu tried to resist though in the end it was worthless as they met the Minamoto head on valiantly though failing. Katsuchiyo fought a long side Takeguchi and lost the most important battle he had ever fought in as the Tachibana were eliminated in a most embarrassing defeat.
The Onigami were unable to reestablish themselves after this defeat and fell to ruin. Katsuchiyo was knocked unconscious during the battle and awoke to find himself on the battlefield or at least what was the battlefield. The Minamoto Clan had already parted, their victory accumulated.
Since the battle Katsuchiyo took up the life of a wanderer, a ronin. He didn't have land anymore as it was taken by the Minamoto as spoils of war, he was no longer a Daimyo. He didn't have an army under his control anymore, he was no longer a commander. He did however still have his sword and the clothes on his back, he was still a Samurai, and he wouldn't have it any other way. For the honor of the Onigami Clan, a clan that was once the power house of the Land of Sand, he would rebuild and reestablish it. For the love he once lost. The clan's demise was his third great 'Pain'.
Ayumu decided that the only way to reestablish his clan was with the help of the shinobi. It was time for him to join Sunagakure system and become a big priortie to it, helping them with wars and facing stronger opponents- such as people who did jutsu and not just come at him with a sword anymore. Ayumu asked the Kage if he could join the system, and the Kage seeing how strong he was and needed soldiers for the war, granted him the rank of Jounin.
Instead of taking on a team of genin as most jounin do, Ayumu was placed on a team specially designed to provide close-range support for a Kenjutsu/Taijutsu-style fighter such as himself. Sent on specialty missions all across the continent, he began building himself quite the reputation as both an excellent shinobi but also someone who enjoys a good time. This caught up to him when, at eighteen, a very pregnant Suzumi Maemi traveled across the continent from her homeland in Rice Paddy country to find him and deliver their daughter, tiny blonde Kaen. Maemi, only sixteen at the time, fell into a deep postpartum depression and took her own life. Though he tries not to dwell on it, Ayumu still considers himself responsible for her death. He took in his daughter and swore that, one day, she'd be able to return to Enzangakue with him and see her homeland with her own eyes. Never having been really raised by his birth parents because all they wanted for him to do is train, train, and train, the man formed a very strong and special bond with his daughter over the next couple years.
After Maemi's death, what was left of the Onigami clan began pressuring him to take a wife so that Kaen could grow-up knowing a mother-like figure. The woman selected for him by the clan elders was a beauty by the name of Onigami Kyoko. To the surprise of the entire clan, Ayumu refused to marry. Completely unaccustomed to rejection, Kyoko continued to pursue him. Eventually, this pursuit turned into out-right stalking and, in an attempt to gain back some level or normality in his life, Ayumu surrendered and the two became romantically involved. Around the time of his twenty-fifth birthday, Kyoko gave birth to Ayumu's second child, a blond haired son they called Morinozuka.
Though Kyoko was a stunning woman and she loved him deeply, Ayumu could never truly return her feelings. For the sake of his children, he continued their relationship. Having been raised without his parents giving him true love and turning him into a warrior, he knew how important that connection could be and how sorely that was missed once it was gone. Though seven years separated them, Kaen and Morinozuka were very close and Ayumu was glad that his daughter had been so easily accepted into their strangely fragmented family.
For her twelfth birthday and after the birth of he and Kyoko's second son, Koichi, Ayumu decided that it was time for Kaen to finally visit her homeland. Packing their bags, he took his odd family and they set-off for Enzangakure. Exploring the jagged mountains and the stained-glass reminiscent paddies, Ayumu witnessed first-hand the suffering of the clans and civilians there. It was during this family trip that Sunagakure began his Great Shinobi War.
When the Wind Country approached the Onigami clan to seek their assistance in his war Terazuma, the clan leader & Ayumu's uncle, decided that the Onigami would give their support to yet another Great Shinobi War even though the clan's members themselves begged him not to get involved. They loved their village but they didn't want to start an unnecessary continent-wide conflict. Ignoring the protest of his clan, Onigami Terazuma led every available Onigami Samurai into battle for the Land of Wind. Because he was out of the country and found himself unable to return, Ayumu was spared the fate of his clan-mates. Not a single one of them survived the first major battle of the war; it was a massacre. As the closest surviving Onigami blood relative of Onigami Terazuma, twenty-nine year old Onigami Ayumu became leader of his crippled clan.
Returning to the Wind Country to take command of his clan, Ayumu began discussing with Kyoko the position the clan should take. Greatly weakened by the war and, for the most part, unsupportive of the Kazekage, Ayumu wanted the clan to leave the Wind Country and find its future elsewhere. Kyoko, the daughter of a revered clan elder who'd been killed in the battle, disagreed. She believed that only through sacrifice would Sunagakure be able to recover from the shame of starting the war. Their clan was one of these sacrifices that had to be made.
Ayumu refused to see thing from Kyoko's perspective. The death of the Onigami users was an atrocity and should never have happened. Because his parents weren't Kensenshou users they'd not been sent into battle so were spared the horrors of war but Ayumu was still deeply affected by the loss of so many of his family, people who'd raised and cared for him as much (if not, more) than his parents had. The loss broke him. Placing the blame for his clanmates' deaths on the Kazekage and the pointless war, Kawabe swore to put an end to the battle-tired continent's suffering. With most of his clan's support, Ayumu led a mass defection from Sunagakure. His clan were named traitors.
Though most of the Onigami agreed to follow his lead, Ayuumu was unable to convince Kyoko. Without a second thought, Ayumu took the children (then ages twelve, five & newborn) and fled the country. Unable to cope with the loss of the man she thought was her soulmate and her precious son, Onigami Kyoko surrendered herself to the Kazekage and was publicly executed.
In order to fulfill his goal and bring an end to the horrors of war, Ayumu knew he needed to find many powerful shinobi. Luckily, he knew exactly where to look. Even though it'd been over a hundred years since the end of Tosashu's(A crazy man who expermented with people in Enzangakure) reign in Enzangakure, Ayumu knew that most of the remnants of his experiments and the broken clans he'd gathered still remained in the tiny war-torn country; he'd seen them with his own eyes. Clans that had allied themselves with the Land of Interfile Soil during Tosashu's reign found themselves exiled to the country; none of the great shinobi nations would accept them. If ever there was a group of people more in need of a leader, Ayumu would've been amazed.
Traveling all across the country (and into many of the small neighboring farm nations), the almost legendary Onigami leader began gathering followers. One after another, the clans of the Interfile Soil country pledged their allegiance to the man who, with his harsh but enchantingly passionate devotion to his goal, convinced them that they needed to make a stand against the injustices and horrors of war. With a small group of followers, Ayumu began the reconstruction and reformation of Sato o Za Engan, the Village Hidden in the Wasteland.
One such follower was a young boy called Yoshida Shinji. Though he'd been raised as a farm child, he showed outstanding potential to become a Samurai and, despite himself, Ayumu couldn't help but become attached to the ever-smiling kid. Helping Shinji train in the basics of the Samurai arts while Sato's ninja academy was still under construction, Ayumu was surprised to find himself growing closer and closer to the boy. At the time, he didn't realize exactly how deep his feelings ran but, in time, the two would become inseparable lovers.
When the Sato Ninja Academy was completed, Ayumu's daughter Kaen was quickly enrolled. She's been training with her father for a number of years and showed potential to become quite a talented young kunoichi. Through the teachings of Orochisai Riko, Sato's newly selected Academy Teacher, the girl truly began to come out of her shell and her skills began to rapidly improve. Ayumu was overjoyed; each and every of his daughter's achievements and successes filled him with great pride.
On a sunny summer day, Ayumu's hard-earned peace came to a crashing halt. The day of her graduation test, thirteen year old Kaen was defeated and killed by another of her young classmates. When the Sato Academy was first formed, it was decided by Ayumu, his advisors and the elders of the new village that it should operate in a similar manner to the old and infamous Ninja Academy of the Blood Mist, Kirigakure. In order to graduate, students had to fight in one-on-one battles to the death. Without the solid foundation of strong academy students provided by such a barbaric practice, founding a shinobi community in Sato wouldn't have been possible. There weren't enough ninja to allow for soft genin and, unfortunately, that meant the sacrifice of those young kids.
According to long-standing laws set-down by the elders of the Onigami clan, Kaen's presumably dead body was left where it fell. Only those shinobi deemed to have suffered an honourable death are permitted proper burial so, as much as it broke his heart, Ayumu never got a chance to say his final goodbyes to his eldest child. Few people had ever earned their way into Ayumu's heart and Kaen was his precious daughter; losing her was an injury he never truly recovered from.

Studying from the writings of the Saanin Tosashu, Ayumu managed to re-discover the hidden art of juinjutsu, cursed seals. Using newly developed seals to both gift his village's shinobi with incredible skill, he managed at the same time to assure their complete submission and obedience to his will.
As the years passed and word of Sato o Za Engan's reformation spread, more and more shinobi began arriving. With each new pledge of allegiance, the village grew stronger and so did its lord. Astounding the elder shinobi with his ninjutsu skill and unbelievable feats of physical strength, Ayumu continued to improve his already impressive arsenal of jutsu. He knew that, without this power, the rough army he'd gathered would never be able to hold together or ever truly respect him and that thought drove him to extremes in his training. Over the next couple years, Onigami Aumu became a Kage in more than name; he became a shinobi to be feared, a monster.
Now, as Sato approaches the fifteenth anniversary of its reformation, Ayumu feels ready to make his first move against the great shinobi nations. He knows that his village needs power and there's only one way he can get it...

Something small but I write at big protions

- Vents installed in the Misty Caves blew heat into the area causing the mist to spread around the Cave. Ice melted into Water and dripped down the walls of the Misty Cave. Large Puddles of Water were scattered around the floor of the area. In the reflection of one of the puddles, a white haired boy was seen hitting and kicking pieces of carved ice, shattering each one into small ice pieces that were melted down into water. Sweat poured down his white tee, that was already drenched in water from before. Akuhei breathed heavy from exhaustion. He never stopped training even when he was at his limits. 'Come on you can do it!' The words muttered through his head over and over again. This was his short tempo to keep him training and to keep him going even faster every time he did a two punch combo into the carved pieces of wood. Constantly pieces of ice shattered onto the ground, and skipping across over to another side of the Misty Caves.
Akuhei pushed off of his right foot to jump backwards away from where he had just been breaking carved pieces of ice that were threw at him constantly by a kid. "Time to see if I can do this with my puppet" Akuhei said, using both of his hands to grab his puppet that was wrapped up in cloth, strapped on his back. He unsheathed his puppet from the cloth. Akuhei threw a black puppet dog with a long sharp tail in front of him, making sure it landed onto it's side so it wouldn't fracture any of it's wooden pieces. He rose his hands upwards to chest level with his fingers pointed at the puppet to activate the Chakra Threads. Chakra Threads were now attached to Doru Inu. Akuhei twitched several of his fingers to cause Doru Inu to stand up on all fours.
