Personality:

[ Overall ]
To describe Setōshi's personality would be quite the hassle, yet to sum it up with one word would fairly be simple: that word would be "Contradictory". For the most part people could say Setōshi is the most laziest child in his village, never wanting to socialize or get up to do anything. A preference for him would be to sleep. Yet, people of the village would also say that he is the most hard working person throughout the villages ranks. He's constantly performing deeds for others, despite the fact that he hates social interactions. Contradictory . . . This is the only word anyone could possibly use to describe Setōshi's life style, personality, and choices.

[ The Lazy Child ]
Ever since he was a young infant people could tell that Setōshi was quite different than most others. He was quite silent and asleep most of the time, his parents would check on him regularly just to see if he was still breathing, but of course he was. As he grew older these habits didn't die, on the contrary they increased significantly. While other children would be outside running around and playing games Setōshi would try his best to stay in the comfortable parts of his room, unfortunately his mother was like an iron cage and hardly ever gave in. So, sleeping out doors, preferably under a nice big tree that could cast huge shadows over the lands, became Setōshi's means of being lazy. Though he didn't exercise much, but ate any chance given, his body remained slim in comparison to the standard lazy child.

[ An Honorable Man ]
Setōshi's parents were so bent on respect and honor that he was taught at a young age to be honorable and respectful to all those that lived and breathed the same air that he did. In contrast to being quite a lazy child Setōshi is always willing to help those that ask of his assistance, even if the request for his aid did tend to interfere with his frequent relaxation periods. When it comes to Setōshi's peers he typically places "-Kun" or "-Chan" after their names as a sign of respect for them, hoping he'd receive the same respect back. For those that are older than himself or of higher rank than himself Setōshi places "-Sama" or "-San" after their respected names. Normally for those that play the role of a teacher or guardian in Setoshi's life he places "-Sempai" or "-Sensei" after their respected names.

[ The Relentless Worker ]
With being a young child in the Shinobi World Setōshi's parents felt the need to instill traits in him that would make him a better person in the rugged life-style that lay ahead of him. For instance, never giving up on goal or something Setōshi had been working at for a while, unfortunately for his parents he took the meaning of this to an entirely new level, especially when training comes into question. When Setōshi puts his mind and body into training something he'll override his body to the point were even exhaustion isn't enough for him. Even if Setōshi feels like he has worked hard enough and has completed the goals that he wants he'll push his body so that he can surpass these goals and master his previous goals. Setōshi has a philosophy that he lives by ". . . My Body is my Greatest Weapon . . . With it I am Everything, Without it I am Nothing".

[ The Analytical Type ]
Setōshi falls under the category of being Analytical, meaning he analyzes just about any and everything that falls under his sight of eye. Although he doesn't have a Perfect Memory his memory is close to it which helps with being analytical for he can discern differences in appearances he may see. With being Analytical Setōshi tends to not get into as many fights or arguments as the common "Male" simply because he analyzes his opponents and can typically pick out their flaws and/or strengths, he feels that by being able to recognize these types of things it puts his possible opponents in a state of unfairness. In addition to being able to point out flaws and/or strengths Setōshi is given a type of precognition in the sense that by analyzing his opponent for quite some time he can begin to predict their next actions, although this is nowhere close to being 100% perfect it does help with assumptions.

[ An Outcast ]
Despite the fact that Setōshi is very willing to help anyone who merely asks for his assistance, he is very Anti-Social. Setōshi rarely makes friends and when people try to befriend him they can usually tell that he is Anti-Social, it's not that he pushes people to stay away from him he just doesn't like to be bothered. Yet, for those that do wish to pursue him more than the average person they then may find themselves with a very peculiar good friend. Above everything else in the world he hates allowing people to get to know any type of information about himself. Setōshi finds it as a weakness for anyone to know things about himself for the tiniest bit of information given can end up leading to his downfall.

[ Loyalty amongst Treachery ]
There is a quote somewhere saying that "Dog is a Mans Best friend, Loyal until the day man dies and then even after" and a more comedic quote "Lock your Dog and your Girlfriend in the trunk of a car for Six(6) hours then go open it up and you tell me who is more happier to see you, your Dog or your Girlfriend?" Setōshi tends to compare himself to not the Dog, but more of a Wolf in the sense that his loyalty is given in exchange for the loyalty of another. When this bond between Setōshi and another person is established he becomes as loyal as the other person to him. To those that he is loyal to Setōshi will look after them with great concern, doing anything in his power to make sure they are safe by any means necessary.

[ Sadly a Prodigy . . . ]
From a young age Setōshi was foretold to naturally be a Prodigy amongst Prodigies within the Shinobi World. Yet, due to his personality and other factors in his life Setōshi feels that whomever foretold of him being a Prodigy is dead wrong. Setōshi understands that objectives that maybe more difficult to others come off as easier for him, but that means nothing. He feels that a person who is a Prodigy is a star that does nothing but good in the eyes of his peers and elders, not someone who is lazy by choice and who's typical habits are reflected by his personality greatly. To Setōshi, one that is a Prodigy is admired by those with less capabilities, befriends all just to keep the image that he is established, and looks up to no one, not someone who is Anti-Social and hates the limelight. This factor of his personality seems like it'll greatly define his entire life style. It also leads to an infamous quote spoken by Setōshi himself "I know I'm a Prodigy ! It doesn't mean I chose to be one !"

Special Characteristics:

Chakra Capacity :: Due to being a part of the infamous Mouhitori clan, Setōshi was blessed with three intertwining chakra systems, yet only one is truly complete, the other two are only partially complete. Thus, Setōshi's chakra capacity is way above those one rank above his very own, about 30%.

Chakra Consumption :: Setōshi has always been prized for his abnormal chakra capacity and from an early age he realized that the jutsu he used could be created and produced with the same results if he became knowledgeable in the area of Chakra Control. Thus, the jutsu he uses require 1/4 the chakra normally expended. All

Jutsu/Hand Seal Speed :: Setōshi's studies in jutsu activation and hand seal speed has proven to be both a strength and a weakness for him. Under distressful conditions, Setōshi can produce most of his jutsu with one to two seals and the jutsu would be activated about 20% faster than most ninja his age and rank.

Flaws/Weaknesses:

Strength :: Strength has never been one of Setōshi's natural strong points, yes he may be able to do marvelous feats when he taps into his Clan's Kekkei Genkai abilities, but naturally he is simply 30% weaker than most shibobi of his age and rank.

Genjutsu Casting :: As can be seen by his ways of combat, Genjutsu has never been touched upon by the young Setōshi, thus he couldn't perform any without rigorous training from someone who had a mastery over the jutsu type.

Genjutsu Combatting :: Every ninja at one point learns the simple De-spelling jutsu that combats Genjutsu. Unfortunately, due to Setōshi's lack of knowledge in the area of Genjutsu it requires him one rank above the initial rank of the jutsu cast to dispel it.

Heightened Senses :: All though heightened senses tend to be a shinobi's greatest strength it also proves to be a shinobi's greatest weakness as well. Naturally, Setōshi is more susceptible to high frequency noises, pheromones, and intense lighting. Any of these will leave his senses temporarily out of commission if they are used constantly.

Jutsu/Hand Seal Speed :: As stated above, jutsu activation and hand seal speed proves to be both a strength and a weakness for Setōshi. Above it's stated that the jutsu he casts can be produced with one to two hand seals under "distressful" conditions, but under stressful conditions Setōshi must complete the full string of hand seals. In addition to that, he does expel the full chakra needed for the jutsu.

Origin: Setoshi, while on a mission in Kirigakure, won this blade from a very persistent swordsmen who claimed to be the rightful leader of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. Apparently, an apparent "Master Swordsmen" can still feel the affects of a man losing the woman he loves.

    Description: “Kaze no Yaiba” is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Setoshi. After forming the needed hand seal, a cutting whirlwind will envelop his opponent and cut them to pieces. Unlike a real sword which can face resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty. This move has become the basis of Setoshi's Ninjutsu style, and is the favorite move of the young Shinobi. It is and has been his most used technique since it was taught to him at a young age during his incarceration as an experiment. Everything he has created has come from this one Jutsu, and he owes it everything. Of course, as known he can use this technique in an instant with any part of his body, something he uses frequently.

    Description: The Kaze no Yaiba” is the Ninjutsu technique that made our hero Setoshi famous. After forming the needed hand seal, a cutting whirlwind will envelop his opponent and cut them to pieces; or at least that was the intent. The sheer skill Setoshi developed with the technique and the style he built around the Jutsu removed his need for concentration, opening up new doors. Unlike a real sword which can face resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty. This move had become the basis of Setoshi's Ninjutsu style, and is the favorite move of the young shinobi. It is and has been his most used technique since it was taught to him at a young age during his incarceration as an experiment. Everything he has created has come from this one Jutsu, and he owes it everything. Of course, as known he can use this technique in an instant with any part of his body, something he uses frequently. But, because of this, Setoshi was fortunate enough to create his own version. Keeping with his tradition of recreating older techniques, Setoshi formed his own Wind Blade. Still, usable throughout his whole body, this blade is much sharper than those of the original. With a slicing motion of his body the technique will be launched up to 30 feet from his current location, but that is not the strongest asset. Besides the increase in range, Setoshi’s blade of wind has a kink in it make it appear much like a dart that explodes outward on contact, much like a hollow-point. The downside is drain of this technique. Setoshi’s attack takes much more chakra than a regular “Wind Blade”, meaning he cannot use them continuously like the previous. After about 8 of these attacks Setoshiwill no longer have enough chakra to use anymore. However, each one of these is especially lethal, and can penetrate barriers below its skill level.

    Name: Kazehimei: Kazetoku (Wind Scream: Wind Shielding Shelter)

    Description: The Wind Scream also allows him to create a moving barrier around him to block ranged attacks. Over the course of his training Setoshi has learned how to better manipulate this ability, and took it from its own technique down to a simple addition. By focusing Wind Chakra in his hand and moving it, Setoshi releases Wind Chakra around him and it circulates, creating an effective, transient shield. He can choose to exude the chakra from his mouth and manipulate it to cover him like a barrier, effectively taking more chakra and concentration. This is simply the technique that Setoshi has attributed to this ability. It requires only that he drag his hands, laden in wind chakra across his body to create a transient shield. He can in fact surround his body by glowing the chakra from his mouth or spinning much like the Hyuuga. This technique is excellent against weapons and projectiles, but does serve against low level Ninjutsu outside of the fire element. The stable defensive Jutsu in Setoshi’s short list, he uses it when he deems fit. The main drawback is the focus; Setoshi is not able to perform other wind techniques when using this, meaning he must stop all other techniques in order to defend himself in this manner.

    Name: Kamaitachi: Cutting Whirlwind Technique.

    Description: Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Sand ninja Temari. Named after a mythical creature, Temari uses her fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with her chakra. When her opponent is caught in the wind, a tornado will raise them into the air and hold them with the chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target with the sickling winds. Setoshi uses this move by using first the Wind Scream to shift his chakra. Next, with a wave of his arm or sword he can release the wind and begin the attack.

    Name: Fuuton: Daitoppa/ Wind Release: Great Breakthrough:

    Description: A Ninjutsu technique which uses the Wind Element. After the user brings their hand to their mouth, they will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. Setoshiuses this without handsigns, and it is clear when it is coming because the Shinobi will arch his back and his chest will expand greatly.

    Name: Kazehimei Semaitoppa: Wind Scream Narrow Breakthrough

    Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu
    Elemental Affinity: Wind
    Clan: None
    Description: A Ninjutsu technique which uses the Wind Element. After the user brings their hand to their mouth, they will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. Unlike Setoshi's other versions of this base technique the Semaitoppa is meant to be a quick use jutsu focused on one target. It sends a blast about six feet wide and 6 feet high out in a straight path from Setoshi’s mouth. It like its sister techniques is a concussive blast that does not necessarily cut the enemy but can indeed blast the foe or target away.

    Name: Kazehimei: Hageshi Daitoppa- Wind Scream: Raging Great Breakthrough

    Description: Based off the famous Daitoppa-“A Ninjutsu technique which uses the Wind Element.” After the user brings their hand to their mouth, they will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. Setoshi, in his mastery of the Art of Wind created this specific technique to create a powerful alternative to more time consuming attacks. By simply breathing in Setoshi will mix his wind chakra our hero can create a massive torrent in his gullet. Then, by exhaling he can send a titanic wave of wind chakra out that can indeed level whatever it chooses. It is plausible to level a huge area with this technique. However its true weakness is that it can only be pointed in one direction, moving while this jutsu is in use is impossible due to the amount of wind being released. On top of that, this technique could very easily destroy the body of its user due to the amount of wind chakra being released.

    Name: Kazehimei: Boufuuibu Torauma (Wind Scream: Gale Force Trauma)

    Description: Based directly off the Wind Scream this move is used to create an even more deadly fighting style for Setoshi. As he attacks, violent wind chakra will fly off from his hands and feet in a close nit radius. The concussive wind is barely noticeable but very handy. So in addition to his regular attack, Setoshi now has the option of adding the Gale Force Trauma for added damage. On average, if his fist were to be off target then the wind itself could leave gashes on the enemy. So, in essence Setoshi has increased the length of his attacks and added an extra power to them. However, he must be caution so that he doesn’t harm himself when swinging this violent wind around. However, it is a wonderful addition and greatly increased his already tremendous Taijutsu prowess.

    Name: Kazehimei: Kazeoshi (Wind Scream: Wind Pushing Authority)

    Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu (Using Taijutsu)

    Description: Based directly off the Wind Scream this move is used to create an even more deadly fighting style for Setoshi. Much like the “Gale Force Trauma” that Setoshi uses to make his close combat even more deadly, this technique surrounds the body in wind chakra for an added effect. However, unlike the other technique, which covers him in concussive, moving chakra that gouges the opponent on near contact, this attack is meant as powerful push. As he attacks, violent wind chakra will fly off from his hands and feet in a close nit radius. The concussive wind is barely noticeable but very handy. Now, for this technique the wind chakra is kept as still, and as close to the body as possible. This is so it can be released in a split second to create a concussive blast. This means, that when Setoshi hits his enemy the wind chakra that enveloped his body will be expunged, propelling the enemy up to 30 feet away violently. The many variations of this technique can allow Setoshi to be very unorthodox in his attack pattern, as well as give him a range advantage against his enemy. Also, slamming the enemy around in a tight space can be very useful.

    Name: Dai Kamaitachi-Great Cutting Whirlwind Technique.

    Description: A Ninjutsu technique that was actually developed by the Kankuros sister, the Sand ninja Temari. Named after a mythical creature, the user uses their fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with chakra. This technique is a bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi no Jutsu, having the ability to cause a great amount of cutting damage to the nearby area. Setoshi uses this move by using first the Wind Scream to shift his chakra. Next, with a wave of his arm or sword he can release the wind and begin the attack. Setoshi likes to use this as a set up technique for other Jutsu or a defensive measure.

    Name: Fuuton: Renkuudan/ Wind Release: Drilling Air Projectile:

    Description: The user takes a deep breath, distending His stomach, and punches himself in the gut, shooting a large ball of compressed air and chakra at an opponent or desired target, causing enormous damage if it hits. Even some of the most powerful opponents are in danger against such an attack. The technique is also able to level trees and rip rocks apart. Setoshiuses this technique frequently as an offensive weapon.

    Name: Kazehimei: Ranbou Renkuudan (Wind Scream: Wind Release-Violent Drilling Air Projectile )

    Description: Wouldn't expect anything less of Setoshi. But yes, this technique is just as simple as its predecessor and involves no handsigns thanks to Setoshi’s own skill. This version of the Air Projectile has a very Setoshifeel too as it flies through the air. It is not as large or as pretty as its brother but more deadly to be sure. This projectile is smaller and more compact than the original, and for good measure it has a slight spin for increased range. The catch to it however is that it can explode in mid-air like a timed projectile and it then sends a quick wave of fierce wind chakra out about 8 feet. The flaw to it however is that it is rather hard to control, and the user has no control over the explosion time, it goes when it wants.

    Name: Kazehimei: Sensei’s Kamaitachi no Jutsu (Wind Scream: Teachers Cutting Whirlwind Technique)

    Description: Named after a mythical creature, Kamaitachi uses a concussive wind that is imbued with chakra. On his travels a few years ago, Setoshi heard of this move. Over the years he has perfected it, and even created his own move from it. This is known as the Sensei’s Kamaitachi, or translates to the Teacher’s Cutting Whirlwind. As Setoshi was once called the Wind’s Teacher, the name seemed appropriate. While the original creators move appeared as a long vortex of wind, this move would be more easily described as a spinning disc of wind and wind based chakra. By focusing chakra into his arm, and then swinging it outwards Setoshi creates a twelve foot diameter disc. It whips forward, in a seemingly uncontrolled spin and attempts to slice everything in its path. The truly dangerous aspect is that around the edges if the disc whips vicious wind chakra that could easily slice the enemy. The weakness of the move is also simple and dangerous; control is lost over the disc and using it is dangerous to friend and foe alike.

    Description: This technique works in a very simple nature along with the ‘Wind Scream’ and its abilities. As done for so long, Setoshi can move any part of his body and create a ‘Kaze no Yaiba’, the feared a rank, wind style, assassination attack. However, after so much time and effort his has advanced the technique further, and can do more with it. This addition works as a counterbalance for the first, however it involves that the users hand (hands) form the focusing hand sign *the forefinger and middle-finger upright*. While the original ‘Wind Scream’ works by projecting the attack forward, this move brings the attack in. A target is focused on, and the hand sign made. As Setoshi has a large chakra presence, Setoshi’s wind chakra unknowingly floats around him, due to the combination of the mastery of Setoshi’s bloodline and his own secret technique. Wind chakra implodes around the enemy in a small orb-like shape. *think if you would Kakashi’s implosion move, but with wind chakra*. However a weakness still remains, if it could be called that. First of all, he can only create the attack in front of him, meaning he must face his opponent. Secondly, this is a rather long jutsu compared to his others, and before he can even use it he must activate it.

This jutsu is a support jutsu, as the Arctic Wind allows Lightning and Water jutsu to be more potent (Lightning is more powerful because colder air is closer together, allowing for more efficient conduction of electricity; Water because of the high humidity) while decreasing the effectiveness of Earth and Fire jutsu (the cold air forces Fire jutsu to require more chakra to maintain heat, while the high humidity softens Earth, making it more mud-like).

    Description: After many years, Setoshi has completely mastered the 'Blade of Wind'. In doing such he has learned to use every aspect of its power within so much as a bead of sweat. And so, after these few years he developed his own Wind Blade. However, straying away from his usual fighting style this Jutsu focuses on power instead of speed. By focusing chakra around his hand he begins the process of imbuing the air around him. After making the proper motion of his hand, much as he would for the original technique a blast of wind chakra will attack. The difference from this and the original are small. In short, this move is much larger, being 20 feet from tip to tip. Also, so much chakra is entrenched into this move that the earth under the attack is cracked and split slightly back its magnitude. It can easily slice a building in two, or decimate a group of approaching foes. The weakness is simple, even with Setoshi's vast chakra supply he can only use this move twice in battle.

    Description: This is the culmination of Setoshi’s talent with the wind element. He has shown this talent for many years in many informal ways. It has also been seen countless times throughout his life. This Jutsu is almost involuntary and involves no handsigns. That light breeze that follows him, or that torrent that signals his coming, that is The Wind. In reality, this technique allows the chakra coming off his body to become wind. Because his body constantly creates wind chakra in addition to storing regular chakra due to the “Wind Scream” Setoshi has the ability to use this wind that follows and oozes off him for this very strange technique. So, for every ounce of chakra lost he creates wind, but the true power is done in reverse, when wind becomes Setoshi . Literally the shinobi turns into a gust of wind that glides where he chooses. For example, he could jump through the air, off a ledge much too high to survive from; and then transform into wind and fly away, only to return in a burst of power elsewhere. This does however draw constantly from his reserves, and does send small amounts of wind chakra that his body produces all the time out into the air. But it has become the basis for many of his moves. If Setoshi were hit with a fire technique during this transformation then he would be severely hurt, much like any other time he would be hit with that nasty element. It is without a doubt the unrestrained power of the Wind Scream, and of Setoshi .

    Description: This is a deviation of the Juts known as “The Wind” that allows Setoshi to transform his body into wind chakra for added speed and defense. During his transformation he can use any of his wind techniques but is at risk to all fire attacks and well placed Ninjutsu attacks; though most will not cause him pain, those than can may be devastating. Literally the shinobi turns into a gust of wind that glides where he chooses. For example, he could jump through the air, off a ledge much too high to survive from; and then transform into wind and fly away, only to return in a burst of power elsewhere. This does however draw constantly from his reserves, and does send small amounts of wind chakra that his body produces all the time out into the air. Now, this version in particular allows him to transform only a piece of his body in order to escape an attack. For instance, if his body was caught he could transform the section being held and vanish away. Now, this works almost exactly like the original technique but does not allow him and offensive opportunities. It is not faster or more efficient either, merely a progression of the skill. The drawback by comparison is the lack of offensive capabilities, only being able to defend himself, while at the same time keeping the weakness to the fire element and to corporeal Ninjutsu techniques. However, If Setoshi were to transform half of his body, such as his legs and fly off he would still be able to attack, but the focus needed would be compounded. Meaning he would only be able to use B or C ranked wind techniques in a half form unlike the original “The Wind” technique which allows him full access to his techniques.

With Setoshi's natural speed he only has to place a slight amount of chakra into his legs. It is said he could use the attack from 5 feet away and still the unseen attack could land effectively. This ability does make it much harder to defend against Setoshi’s attacks, as visually it will look like his leg multiples into many for a split second and vanishes altogether immediately before the blow lands unseen.

Right before impact the chakra will be released with pinpoint precision and all at once which will cause a massive shock wave to ripple through the ground, which tends to result in the earth splitting upon impact. Like its predecessor this Jutsu requires a good deal of chakra to use correctly because is not the physically strongest man in the world, so he has to use more chakra to cause the same amount of damage. It is still very dangerous and can end a fight in a single blow.

The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any Jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

    Description: This is a powerful technique that is one of the hardest jutsu to master, as it is the result of pure chakra manipulation at an intense level, with refined chakra control. This jutsu requires no hand-signs, and is performed with a single hand, taking its bases on other chakra based techniques of similar natures, such as the Mystical Palms, the Chakra Scalpel, and even such moves as the Rasengan. However, this technique is more then the result of creating a constant flow of chakra through the entire open hand, which must be done so as to allow no waste to the chakra used, but its main strength stems from a unique aspect to manipulation: rotational chakra points [Ji-Tenketsu]. In order to perform this technique, the use must learn to spin chakra around their entire hand, creating a swirling current, which begins its formation within the chakra points of the hand. By forcing chakra from the hand on either side, the use is able to create a clockwise, or counter-clockwise direction spin to the chakra that envelops the entire hand.

    Once the spin is master, the user must combine both aspects of this technique, the intensity of the chakra concentration, and the spinning nature of the chakra. The resulting effects is a focused cyclone of chakra that comes to a pinpoint at the end of the user's middle finger, fanning out like a drill of pure chakra until it reaches the wrist. This technique in its final form is devastating, with a rotation force that can greatly damage what it is focused upon. The spiraling chakra can be sustained indefinitely, not wasting any chakra until the jutsu actually strikes the target as the technique becomes self-sustaining once fully formed. This also means that the jutsu can be deactivated with minimal lost of chakra, becoming a great advantage to the user's chakra supply.

    The drilling force of chakra spins with enough intensity to easily create holes in practically any solid objects. However, the denser or more refined the object is, the longer it takes to drill through it, and in cases of denser objects, such as refined metal or diamonds, the technique will have minimal effects. Since the technique is conical in nature, it starts with a miniscule hole that then explains outward into the diameter of just over the palm of the user. This can be particularly deadly when targeting the opponent, as the chakra will easily pass through the body of the target, potentially killing if target at a vital point such as the heart or other crucial organ.

      Description: The Ekiryougan is a powerful Doujutsu with multiple applications. The first, and foremost, can be referred to as the ability to see usable liquid. For example, the human body possesses many liquids, all varied, and the Ekiryougan could divide these fluids into two groups: those that can be controlled and those that cannot. Most liquids that cannot be controlled are simply held too deep within an object. The Ekiryougan usually only allows for the first level of fluids to be manipulated. A shinobi that slowly gains mastery of the Ekiryougan is simply granted the ability to greater affect the first levels of liquid. For example, if a pot was filled with water and placed within that pot was another pot filled with water, the clan member would only be able to manipulate that first layer of water. This, of course, is most a safety measure. The Ekiryougan is very powerful, as the foundation of life is water, and it is very easily for younger Nyuusui members to become overloaded. The separation between the levels of the power of the eye are an evolutionary safeguard and a very important one at that.

      Liquids or fluids that can be controlled will be labeled as white in a Nyuusui's immediate vision. Liquids or fluids that cannot be controlled are labeled as black in a Nyuusui's immediate vision. However, the Nyuusui do not only detect liquid by sight alone with the Ekiryougan. The Doujutsu also allows the Nyuusui member to sense all the liquid or fluid within an area. However, liquid or fluid that is only sensed but not seen cannot be manipulated. A Nyuusui member must look at an object, discern the usable and unusable liquid, and then cast their preferred technique. Again, this is a safeguard. Attempting to manipulate a liquid or fluid without first discerning between usable and unusable liquid can cause a Nyuusui member to waste massive amounts of chakra and to greatly diminish their ability to use Ekton - Liquid techniques.

      The secondary ability of the Ekiryougan is the ability to switch views within a set range. Within our three-dimensional world we have three planes of existence: width, height, and depth. In a coordinate plane these are labeled X, Y, and Z respectively. A Nyuusui member can view the battlefield from any location within the coordinate plane within the accepted range of their Doujutsu. However, this is not to be misconstrued as three-hundred-sixty degree vision. A Nyuusui member can only view a battlefield from one single view at any one given moment. It should be noted that the more often a Nyuusui member switches between views, the greater stress upon the user. While the number of switches can be unlimited, most Genin cannot switch between views more than three times per post.

      The third, and final, ability of the Ekiryougan is often labeled as integration. All Nyuusui are innately connected and, as such, they can integrate their powers to increase their scope and range. Upon the activation of the Ekiryougan by both parties, the use of their Doujutsu can include extending the range of the secondary ability. Currently, there are two recorded ways of obtaining the Kinsei Ekiryougan [see the clan profile]. The first, and foremost, ability of the Kinsei can be referred to as the ability to see all liquids. The Kinsei, unlike the Ekiryougan, can see all liquids on the battlefield. The Kinsei is not limited by depth. Fluids within the Nyuusui's immediate vision are labeled from white to gray to black hues. The closer a fluid is to the surface, the whiter it will appear. The deeper the depth of a fluid, the blacker it will appear. As it is implied, the whiter a fluid appears the lower the chakra cost for a Nyuusui member to obtain control of that liquid. The Doujutsu also allows the Nyuusui member to sense all the liquid or fluid within an area. Additionally, much like before, liquid or fluid that is only sensed but not seen cannot be manipulated.

      Description: Yasumeru-ken [Suspended Fist] was given birth with the Nyuusui themselves. This specific fighting style has been passed down through countless ages and even time has not diminished its intense power and grace. Yasumeru-ken [Suspended Fist] is a very intuitive style and has no stringent values or rules concerning movement or use. It should be noted, however, that there are general trends that most Nyuusui follow in order to gain the most from their specific style. Yasumeru-ken [Suspended Fist] is primarily a grounded style, where a user will slide their feet along a surface in order to maximize their general inertia and force. Most Nyuusui will close their eyes when using this style, which often grants better focus and efficiency so that no moment is wasted. If a Nyuusui's stance when using Yasumeru-ken [Suspended Fist] is broken they will often have to regroup and regain their stance in order to continue with the style. The most popular stance that is used with Yasumeru-ken [Suspended Fist] is a front facing stance, arms to the side, and feet shoulder-width apart.

      The actual style capitalizes on that the building block of life is, indeed, water. A Nyuusui member will use their intense control over liquids in order to send ranged attacks at opponents without ever actually touching them after the proper hand signs have been formed. The human body, for example, is mostly composed of water, other liquids, and then a few other elements. A Nyuusui member will forcibly move//shift//attack//punch//kick the various liquids within an opponent's body to land a blow. The liquids within an opponent cannot be removed, cannot be hidden, and is always open for attack. When landing a blow with this style it is often compared to true punches or kicks, but without the actual impact. Physiological boundaries, of course, still exist with this style much the same as with any other Taijutsu style. For example, a blow to the neck will often result in more damage than a blow to the chest or leg. Now, it should be noted that this style has another nuance that attempts to combat the limitations of not actually using any contact.

      A Nyuusui member will often focus attacks on one location. They will first push the water within an opponent forward with a punch//kick//etc and then they will pull the water backwards on the recoil. In this way, double the damage can be dealt and areas that once could not be hit are now fair game. To most this technique will feel as if they are getting punched from the front and then the back without any true impact. This, of course, is why a steady stance with the style is so important as to grant the Nyuusui a proper grip. Water cannot be pushed and pulled without a steady location from which to push and pull from. A Nyuusui in the air, for example, would have trouble maintaining control of this style and will in most cases lose it. It should be noted here that damage from this technique will often not be the same as with a normal punch. In most cases bones will not be broken, but damage to flesh and organs can be amplified as they hold the most liquid content.

      In order for this technique to work correctly, a Nyuusui member will constantly push low levels of their chakra into the ground. Because of this, a Nyuusui member that uses this technique will have slightly less chakra to expend then those shinobi of a comparable level. In order to compensate for this, though, most Nyuusui have excellent chakra control. When a Nyuusui member pushes their chakra into the earth they will direct it toward other sources of chakra. Because of this transfer of chakra, a Nyuusui member can affected an opponent with Yasumeru-ken [Suspended Fist].

      When using Yasumeru-ken [Suspended Fist] range is inversely proportional to force. Meaning, as the range goes up, the force decreases. Below are general ranges that most Nyuusui will follow. However, it should be noted that there are sometimes exceptions with incredibly adept Nyuusui or incredibly lame Nyuusui. For Genin the maximum range for the maximum force [a punch will feel like a normal impacting punch] is five feet. At ten feet the force of the blow will decrease to half and there will be no delay until impact. At twenty feet the force will decrease to 1/4th of a normal blow and there will be a one second delay until impact. At twenty-five feet the force will decrease to 1/8th of a normal blow and there will be a two second delay until impact. Anything beyond 1/8th of the force is generally not worth mentioning considering most Nyuusui would not attempt to operate beyond twenty-five feet with this technique when they are Genin.

      For Chuunin the maximum range for the maximum force [a punch will feel like a normal impacting punch] is twenty-five feet. At thirty-five feet the force of the blow will decrease to half and there will be a one second delay until impact. At forty-five feet the force will decrease to 1/4th of a normal blow and there will be a three second delay until impact. At fifty feet the force will decrease to 1/8th of a normal blow and there will be a five second delay until impact. Anything beyond 1/8th of the force is generally not worth mentioning considering most Nyuusui would not attempt to operate beyond fifty feet with this technique when they are Chuunin.

At seventy-five feet the force will decrease to 1/8th of a normal blow and there will be a seven second delay until impact. Anything beyond 1/8th of the force is generally not worth mentioning considering most Nyuusui would not attempt to operate beyond seventy-five feet with this technique when they are Jounin.

      For S-Rank//Kage level the maximum range for the maximum force [a punch will feel like a normal impacting punch] is seventy-five feet. At eighty-five feet the force of the blow will decrease to half and there will be a five second delay until impact. The Nyuusui have an affinity for producing a heavy variety of liquids and, as such, this technique capitalizes on this fact. After forming the appropriate handsigns a Nyuusui clan member will expel from their gullet a liquid of their choosing. It should be noted that a Nyuusui clan member has access to a set variety of liquids with this particular technique because of the additional techniques that fall under Ekimen [Liquid Surface]. Ekimen [Liquid Surface] is an umbrella technique. So, the liquids that Nyuusui clan members have access to through Ekimen is benzene*, bleach, cane syrup, ethylene oxide*, ink, lemon juice, oil, oobleck*, turpentine*, and water. This collection of ten liquids has been developed over the years by older Nyuusui generations. As for the ranges, at Genin a Nyuusui member can create a layer of liquid a half-inch thick over a radius of 25 feet. At Chuunin a Nyuusui member can create a layer of liquid one inch thick over a radius of fifty feet. At Jounin a Nyuusui member can create a layer of liquid three inches thick over a radius of 75 feet. At S-Rank//Kage level a Nyuusui member can create a layer of liquid five inches thick over a radius of 100 feet. All poisonous effects of the liquids used by the Nyuusui are also harmful to themselves once they exit from the body and they therefore must be especially careful when using the toxic liquids in their arsenal.

      After the liquid of choice has exited the body, a Nyuusui member may manipulate any part of it for three posts at Genin or Chuunin and five posts for Jounin or S-Rank//Kage because of the residual chakra held within the liquid. After this initial post period, additional chakra must be expended in order to manipulate the liquid. As far as the level of manipulation goes, it will not be very high. A Nyuusui member may slightly push or pull the liquid in a general direction through the use of residual charka, but nothing much beyond that. Usually a Nyuusui member will only use residual chakra in order to keep the liquid away from themselves when in battle.

      *[Oobleck is a Non-Newtonian fluid. A Non-Newtonian fluid is a fluid whose flow properties are not describe by a single constant of flow viscosity. When a force is applied to this liquid it will act like a solid for a moment before once again returning to a liquid state. Thusly, oobleck is useful to block hit/attack/etc or successive hits/attacks/etc but not a constant force. Then, in the area of their choosing, spikes will rise up out of the liquid on the ground. The spikes will come from every direction and head toward a single point. The spikes will additionally all have different radii, which results in both large spikes and smaller spikes. The ranges above are for Genin Level, Chuunin Level, Jounin Level, and Kage//S-Rank Level, respectively.

        Name: Ekikase [Liquid Shackles]
        Range: [ 25 ft | 50 ft | 75 ft | 100 ft]
        Description: After forming the necessary handsigns, a Nyuusui clan member will put their hands outward and then fist them. Then, in the area of their choosing, liquid whips will rise up and attempt to wrap around an opponents ankles and wrists. If the initial grab is successful, the shackles will form. The shackles are fairly sturdy and, because they're liquid, they cannot be broken by wear and tear. The shackles can be broken if enough force is applied. The ranges above are for Genin Level, Chuunin Level, Jounin Level, and Kage//S-Rank Level, respectively.

        Name: Ekishokushi [Liquid Tentacles]
        Range: [5 ft | 25 ft | 45 ft | 65 ft]
        Description: After forming the necessary handsigns, a Nyuusui clan member will put their hands outward with their palms facing toward the ground. Then, in the area of their choosing, liquid tentacles will rise up and whip, hit, and otherwise attack an opponent. About twenty tentacles will be created from this technique. The tentacles are fairly powerful and have the capabilities to somewhat follow an opponent as they move or attempt to escape. The ranges above are for Genin Level, Chuunin Level, Jounin Level, and Kage//S-Rank Level, respectively.

        Name: Ekishoumei [Liquid Divine Call]
        Range: [5 ft | 15 ft | 25 ft | 35 ft]
        Description: After forming the necessary handsigns, a Nyuusui clan member will reach one hand forward, palm facing the sky, and will then throw their hand upwards. In the area of their choosing, the liquid previously placed on the ground will be thrown skyward. This can be used to send an object upwards or to make a distraction for a getaway. The ranges above are for Genin Level, Chuunin Level, Jounin Level, and Kage//S-Rank Level, respectively.

        Name: Ekiaigo [Liquid Protection]
        Range: [25 ft | 50 ft | 75 ft | 100 ft]
        Description: After forming the necessary handsigns, a Nyuusui clan member will reach their hands forward with their palms facing their opponent or any direction of their choosing. Then, the liquid previously placed on the ground will be formed into a shield. The shield will have three points at the top and will converge at a point at the bottom. The shield is typically from six feet long to thirteen feet long, depending upon the rank and needs of the user. The shield will protect against one C-Ranked attacks for Genin, one B-Ranked or two C-Ranked attacks for Chuunin, one A-Ranked attack, two B-Ranked attacks, or three C-Ranked attacks for Jounin, and two A-Ranked attacks, three B-Ranked attacks, or four C-Ranked attacks for Kage//S-Rank.         Name: Ekibouheki [Liquid Protective Wall]

This shroud can be used to block weaker Taijutsu attacks and can also be used in conjunction with Underwater Lung in order to save the user from breathing in poisonous air or gas. With this technique a Nyuusui member can clear the battlefield of any disadvantageous or conflicting liquid. The ranges for this technique are associated closely with the ranks. It should be noted, additionally, that for any liquid bannished, the chakra will be the same as to produce the liquid in the first place. [i.e. C-Rank liquid technique cost C-Rank to force into the earth.] For Genin Level, a Nyuusui clan member will be able to banish any C-Rank liquid technique into the earth. Jutsu/Hand Seal Speed :: Setōshi's studies in jutsu activation
and hand seal speed has proven to be both a strength and a weakness for
him. Under unstressfull conditions, Setōshi can produce most of his
jutsu with one to two seals and the jutsu would be activated about 20%
faster than most ninja his age and rank.


This is 3 SC rolled into one

1. Handsign speed
2. Jutsu release speed
3. One or two seals

all gaining 20% thus you need an extra couple of flaws to counter out these.

Now you have two kekki genkais right

the animal thing and the liquid kkg if thats the cae the mixed guide is stated that you can only use up to b rank techniques i do believe

Anbu is not taken according to the guide which has been updated twice from when I submitted my application . . . So either I stay as Anbu or I'm not a part of the village because that would most definitely be the staff members fault.

Hand sign speed and the One to Two hand seals is the same thing, the speed at which It normally takes to produce a set of seals is increases because only one to two seals are being produced . . . and as a counter to this I stated that I would lose this strength and another strength when the situation arises . . . For on e strength to have two weaknesses I feel is very fair. . .

My blade is far weaker than Samaheda and the only thing that can be considered the same is the chakra consuming portion and even that it doesn't store chakra it merely transfers directly or heals itself. . . So lay off the "nearly exact replication" crap please . . .

Clan wise yes, B ranks for clan based jutsu. For any other I believe they are as normally used.

First Anbu are A-Rank and he can have the spot since I'm going rouge it opens it.

Second Kai is right lower all boost to 30 % and your strength weakness needs to be 30% to even it out.

Also how much chakra can the sword absorb at a time

Fuuinjutsu Properties :: The Dansu za Nirro no Shichiyou is quite an old Katana, given the Title Meitou-Katana because a Fuuinjutsu seal has been instilled within the Sword that forces it to have been won in battle before it can be used by another wielder. To remove the Katana without it being Won from the previous master is impossible, for when it is grabbed by the "Grip" it paralyzes the "New" wielder in place for One(1) Minute. If the True Master of the Katana finds a person paralyzed he/she can channel their own chakra into the blade and place the tip of the blade to the paralyzed victim, thus rendering them mobile once more.

My character did not create the blade, it was won from him. So having fuuinjutsu as a specialty would be irrelevant. If you were thinking that he renders the enemy immobile you are mistaken, the blade does it of it's own accord. Thus, it being sentient.
