Description: Hakudoshi is a little unusual in appearance. His most noticeable feature is that he is short, incredibly so, only about 4 foot 7 inches tall at the most. He has long, light blue hair, his right eye is pupilless and light blue while his left eye is pupilless and red, a sign of the Sanbi being sealed in his body. The bone structure in his face is arranged in a special way, to give his face a sort-of childlike look to them. His teeth are pearly white and they are all sharp, like that of shark's teeth. His body build, while short, is well-toned and has a bit of a lean, acrobatic, gymnast like-build to it, meaning it's more for speed and more aerodynamic then most other shinobi builds, which will give him a bit of a unique advantage.

When in the village or not battling, his attire consists of the usual Kage outfit and attire, though Samehada is strapped his back as always.

When in battle, his attire consists of a Nami Hitai-Ate around his forehead, a blue male battle kimono with red circular like half-balls on them, and blue shinobi sandals with a light blue Jounin Flak Jacket. He has a weapons pouch on his right and left thighs and placed behind his lower back, giving him a large supply of weapons and the like then other people. He also has the bandage-wrapped Samehada strapped to his back, ready to pull it out and use it.

Personality: Hakudoshi, at first interaction with him, comes off as as extremely unfriendly and a bit of an asshole, what with his tendency to be rude and has a rather foul-mouthed and disrespectful attitude and has a really unpleasant habit of insulting people endlessly. This is really nothing more then a cover to hide the fact that he suffers from abandonment issues from when his own mother abandoned him to be with an asshole boyfriend of hers and due to this, he has trust issues and refuses to let anyone feel sorry for him or help him out, due to him wanting to prove he can make his way in life by becoming strong on his own. He also has height issues, due to him being incredibly short, only about 4 foot 7 inches tall and as a result, he has a bit of an anger problem and flies into a rage when someone comments about his short-comings in the growth department.

However, despite his unpleasant nature, he can be friendly, as is evident of him acting in a sort of big-brotherly like nature when conversing with orphans much younger then him, sympathizing with them. On top of that, he does have respect for the village Kage and will show it when he ever talks with him. Aside from that, he is pretty much very unpleasant to almost everyone. However, he has a dream. That dream is to learn every Suiton Jutsu/Water Elemental Technique in the world and become the greatest Suiton/Water user of all time.

Special Characteristics: Is able to move at unmatched speeds when in water, moving so fast he zips through it like a blur so fast he's nearly unable to be traced, Has such a mastery over Suiton/Water Release that for most jutsus, he only needs a single, special hand seal where he bumps his knuckles together and for some, he doesn't even need hand seals, is able to summon up much more massive amounts of water then other people who use the same jutsus and can summon up water from just molecules and moisture in the air and ground, He can sense movement in the water, Due to years of absorbing chakra with his Samehada and utilizing chakra control exercises, his chakra stores are massive, 30% then most people of his rank and of higher ranks, he is 25% faster then that of others of his rank on land and his strength, despite his small height, is much more menacing then that of other people of his rank, due to needing strength to swing Samehada around and being around 20% higher.

Flaws/Weaknesses: Is easily-angered when comments are made about his height, his Genjutsu is 50% worse then that of those of the same rank as him, finding it very hard to know he is in a Genjutsu and requiring at least A-Ranked or higher Chakra to use any of them and requires S-Rank level to break out of them. Due to him being only good in practical areas, his intelligence is 25% below that of other ninjas. Due to his reliance on Suiton Jutsu, his skills in other Elemental Jutsu are much poorer, requiring a few more seconds to gather enough chakra and perform the amount of hand seals.

Special Abilities: As the blade is made up of scales, it inflicts injuries through shredding or shaving what it comes into contact with, rather than just cutting the object in question. This flaying effect is similar to a shark's skin, hence the sword's name. While it ordinarily remains rigid, Samehada's hilt is able to stretch and bend to great extent, allowing the weapon to be used like a flail. Although it continually consumes the chakra of its owner, its largest meals come from fights, wherein it absorbs the chakra of the opposition instead. Such an ability allows Samehada to literally slice through an opponent's techniques, in spite of whether the chakra has been transformed or not, and even prevent them from being performed by absorbing all of the necessary chakra, before preparations can be completed. This is particularly useful when fighting jinchūriki, as Samehada can quickly deplete their large chakra supplies as well as remove their chakra cloaks, illustrated when Killer B was reduced back to Version 1 after initially being in Version 2. However, it seems to be unable to automatically absorb ambient chakra, as in all instances where it has absorbed chakra are when either the opponent had a visible aura around them or when direct physical contact had already been established. Due to its voracious appetite, Samehada is drawn to those with large chakra supplies, allowing it to be used as a quasi-sensor. While the ability to absorb chakra is useful in defeating opponents, it is also beneficial to the user as well. Samehada has the ability to transfer the chakra it has absorbed to the wielder by partially fusing with them, so it can be used to either regenerate injuries or replenish their chakra reserves. This makes the user of this sword extremely difficult to defeat, however, a wielder such as Kisame can take this fusion one step further, by completely merging with Samehada. Doing so causes him to become much more shark-like in appearance, growing fins and webbed hands that allow him to move through water with considerable ease. Kisame also receives some of Samehada's abilities while in this form, such as being able to extend spikes from his body for offense, and absorbing chakra when others come into direct contact with him, as well as the ability to track chakra.
Origin: Samehada's origins are unknown but it is said that it was originally formed from a piece of the Sanbi no Kyoudaigame. How it came to be in Hakudoshi's possession was that it was stolen by Namigakure no Sato after a Nami-nin, who coincidentally happened to be Hakudoshi's father, stole it off the corpse of a dead Kiri-nin and took it back to Nami, making it the family treasure and holding onto it until someone in his family could use it.

History:

At the time of his birth, his father had died and his mother was in a drugged up state, which made her OK with it. As he was growing up throughout his childhood, he tended to avoid playing with any children, due to his mother telling him they wouldn't accept his 'freakish' appearance and that they would probably make fun of him for being different. He wasn't aware that his mother treated him like some sort of deformed freak that she brought into the world like accident and wanted to make it seem as if she didn't have a child to anyone who knew her, causing her neglect him immensely.

He later attended the Academy and he showed an unusual attraction to Suiton Jutsu and managed to convince one of the Chuunin at the Academy to let him borrow a Suiton Scroll on basic Suiton Jutsu. He read through the scroll with amazing speed and he started practicing each technique on it, mastering them at an incredible speed not seen in quite a while, amazing the Chuunin. He was very good at the practical aspects during the Shinobi Academy that he attended but wasn't very good at the Written portion, which made him the DeadLast of the Class, but only in name as because he had shown pretty good skills at the physical and chakra portions.

As he was still attending the Academy one day, his mother, who had a boyfriend at the time, left him behind to leave Ame with her boyfriend, who made her choose between himself and her 'freak son'. She chose to abandon her son in the village by himself and went off with him, never to be seen again. When Hakudoshi realized he was abandoned, his shy and anti-social behavior turned completely on it's head, becoming a completely rude, foul-mouthed and disrespectful child, willingly being rude to people for any little reason he is given. As his personality changed, so did his anger issues. For you see, he was very short, even for his age and as such, he was mocked incessantly for it by other children his age, which caused him to go into a rage and beat the offender into unconscious or, if he wasn't as angry, he would start screaming at the top of his lungs and say some variation of 'Who are you calling short?'. Due to his recent change in attitude, he was considered even more of an outcast, even when it came to being placed on a Genin Team.

His ascension to Jounin was something that came later on, as he was placed on an an apprenticeship rather then placed on a Genin team and as such, he never took the Chuunin Exams. Instead, he was given a lot of one-on-one training in various skills, his Suiton especially. Once his Suiton was at a decent level, he was trained in speed since that was to be his greatest asset to start off with, what with him being so small. Once his training in that area was out of the way, he was then focused on training his strength, to a point where despite his small size, he is actually alarmingly strong, to a point where he could cause a person's chest cavity to cave in for a single punch. As the years dragged on, he was eventually promoted to Jounin. Over the years, after he met a woman named Kaira, he and her were promoted to share the title of Village Sannin together.

RP Sample: Cold, that was the best word he could use to describe himself right now as he looked out the cave entrance that he set up camp in, watching the rain pour down with amazing force from his location in Kusa no Kuni with some of his chakra depleted from a scuffle he recently managed to walk away from the victor, mainly due to his paranoia and finely honed skills. The near seven footer was drenched with rain water and was shivering a bit as he huddled closer to the fire he made using some of his basic ninja equipment. He took note of what happened a few hours ago, which was centered around the reason why he came here in the first place.

He had been searching around the country, having heard rumors that a courier holding a series of jutsu scrolls of amazing variety and diversity was making a trip to Kusagakure no Sato. He had been very curious to see if these jutsu scrolls would be able to benefit him in anyway, perhaps give him new Katon or Suiton Jutsu to help increase the amount of jutsu he had in his arsenal currently. However, curious he may be, he wasn't going to forsake his safety just for the sake of getting himself a few more jutsu. So, he went and utilized his main tactic, using the youngest of his Salamander Summons to shapeshift into him and act as his double and took the main route while he himself took to the trees and tall grass, making sure to keep his chakra suppressed with the Chakra Yokusei no Jutsu. He was one of the most paranoid ninja of all time, at least in his mind anyway, and he was going to live up to that.

So, with the double in place, he set off towards to find the courier's route and ambush him. As he traveled through the trees, he made sure to go at a pace that his double was able to travel at, making sure to be within reasonable distance of his double so he could jump in at any moment to save his double. Along the way, he had made note of several travelers, most of them being wandering merchants and traders while the remaining ones either being Kusagakure Ninja or other Nuke-Nin trying to discreetly move throughout the area. His double had attracted some attention from the local ninja but they didn't appear to know who he was, not that was all that surprising, since he hasn't really done anything that would warrant him becoming famous everywhere. After all, strongest ninja isn't necessarily the most well known, since in his mind, the strongest ninja are those that do their best to remain unknown. In Ame no Kuni and Amegakure he was a famous and maybe even iconic ninja, but he didn't really do anything all that noteworthy to deserve him getting noticed by anyone not native to either the village or the country, which was just fine with him since he didn't want every cannonfodder shinobi or up-and-coming hotshot to come from all over just to challenge him.

He shook his head a bit to stop himself from continuing on with his rant and continued his path through the trees. He stopped in his tracks for a moment to pull out a small map Kusa no Kuni to see where he was on the map and how close he was to the courier's route. He narrowed his eyes as he analyzed the map and current trajectory of where he was to the precise location of the courier. If he continued to head in the Southeastern direction along this path, he should be able to catch up to the courier when he's approximately five miles away from the village, which would be a risky place to fight him considering the close proximity of the village but still possible. He put the map away and increased the speed he moved through the trees, taking note of his double keeping up with him, though was having a bit of a hard time doing so.

After what seemed like a full day had gone by, he had managed to get to the location he predicted he would wind up at and looked safely from his hiding place that his double was approaching the courier. He cornered the man only to be surprised when the man disappeared in a puff of smoke, indicating the man was merely a Kage Bunshin, causing Hakudoshi to curse himself quietly from his hiding as his double was surrounded by a group of Oinin. His ears managed to pick up the conversation, hearing that they were the ones who set up the false rumor of a courier in an attempt to draw any Nuke-Nin out of hiding so that they could capture and/or kill them to cash in on the bounty. Since most Nuke-Nin's believe the more jutsus you have, the more powerful you get, Hakudoshi would have been impressed by the rather ingenious plan if he wasn't so insulted that they thought he wouldn't think of such a possible scenario. Who the hell did they think he was? Some Iwagakure Chuunin-level Nuke-nin that was trying to intimidate a ninja out of their money and didn't know said ninja was one of the most well-recognized S-Rank ninjas in history?

He took out a pair of poisoned kunai and quietly exited the trees from behind the Oinin. He tightened the grip on his kunai as he waited anxiously for Chako to give him the signal. Chako, who was still in the form of Hakudoshi, dismissed himself, causing the Oinin to step back in shock. He took that as his queue and, with his chakra still suppressed, quickly and yet silently made his way towards the nearest to Oinin and quickly introduced his poisoned kunai to the back of their skulls, killing them instantly. As they dropped, he quickly gathered his chakra into his mouth and exhaled purple poison mist out through the mask, using the Dokugiri no Jutsu on the third Oinin. The Oinin accidentally inhaled a bit of the poison and instantly started to feel a stinging sensation throughout his body. While he was distracted, he quickly pulled out another kunai and ran past him, slashing his throat open on his was past. He dove back into the trees and turned to see the last Oinin pursuing him through them. He went deeper into the trees and pulled out a Fuma Shuriken. When he caught the smallest glimpse of the Oinin, he threw the Shuriken and watched in satisfaction as the woman was thrown back into a tree by the force in which she was hit with the Shuriken and was impaled straight through a tree. Hakudoshi sighed to himself as he quickly gathered up his weapons and made a hasty retreat, not wanting to waste any time getting the hell out of dodge. After all, it was too risky to hang around, what with him being so close to Kusagakure. He utilized the Shunshin no Jutsu and managed to make it to a cave where he quickly waited out and set up camp.
