Kekke Genkai:The Namikaze clan is a clan that is highly skilled in the art of fuuninjutsu.Fuuinjutsu techniques are the Ninjutsu sealing techniques of the ninja. The Namikaze have learn how to place seals or on weapons. Their mastery allows them to seal jutsu inside of seals. There are many different forms that the Namikaze clan use with their Fuuninjutsu. They have the ability to create new seals and imprint seals on surfaces. The Namikaze clan also have the ability to levatie and minpulate tags in various of ways. Either by changing their shape , or by sending them at an opponent. The Namikaze clan can create their own types of tags using fuuninjutsu.
The Swift Release (迅遁, Jinton) is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that can be used to move at virtually instantaneous speed, granting the user an advantage over opponents with more strength than speed, such as users of Chakra Enhanced Strength. This nature therefore renders the user invulnerable against most taijutsu. The elements combined to create this nature are unknown.The Namikaze clan instead of elements use the Body flicker and Shushin mastery to create the Swift Release

Description: For Genshou Hochou Cut absorbs friction, rather than amplifies it. By running chakra over a certain part of his body, Cut can reduce the friction there by absorbing the heat. The amount of chakra used amounts into how fast Cut can move. Cut can apply this move to his entire body or only to a certain part. When Cut reduces the friction, it allows the body to move at much faster speeds. To witnesses, it will almost look like he teleported from one location to another. This jutsu cannot be used in many times in succession because Jiro is absorbing the heat. He can only absorb so much until it will become dangerous. The threshold is about twenty jumps in quick succession.

The jutsu move so fast that it looks like Cut had stood completely still, when all he dose is move at a high speed and move back to the same spot.Cut can use this jutsu to attack an opponent from be hide and trick them into thinking he's standing in front of them.

History:The Namizkage are decedents of Minato. They are generations of his kids and share his genes. Due to his speed it unlocked the first key to the swift release. His ability with fuuninjutsu made it possible for them to master it as a high level.
