Kaira apearence looks like she is 24 years old when she is actually 30 years old, she is female in gender, her height is 1.5 meter in height, she weights 60 kilograms, her eyes are purple with red pupils, her hair is white/ light gray she has it untied and her hair is 5 metres in length.
Her skin is lightly tanned she is unscared aside from the tattoos she has her build is athletic, well curved, slight hourglass fiqure. Her outfits always change.
In depth

- Kaira starting from the very top they would notice the mass of silky smooth white/gray hair that she usually would have tied into a pony tail, though when this is untied the hair would easily reach down to just above her rear. Her hair would also seem to form several natural bangs that hang over each side of her face past her eyes to give her a rather alluring look.
Kairas eyes are a soft blue in colour almost light enough to be white one would notice if they looked deep enough into her eyes themselves they would find soft specks of purple throughout the white orbs that seem to draw everyone and everything in.
Her nose is of average size and shape and holds nothing truly special about it, other then it leads down to the soft pink lips that always seem to carry a soft pout to them. Her lips are of normal size and seem to fit the femine face she has perfectly.
Moving further down one would come to the large chest she posses’, this is often the first place people tend to look and remember about Kaira as it is one of her most distinguishing features. Though many question whether or not her E cup breasts are fake or not, though she assures everyone they are. Her stomach is flat and rather firm to the touch and if she tenses her muscles enough one could make out slight muscle definition beneath the flawless skin.
If one is to look at Kaira from behind without a top on or if she is in a bikini they would see a very large tattoo of a phoenix with its wings spread in flame, this tattoo seems to take up the whole of her back and looks very lifelike one would swear the eyes of the phoenix follow them, she is often reserved in telling people the true meaning of the tattoo.
Her arms are the perfect length for her body, the tips of her fingers just reaching slightly below her crotch, one would notice that on the entire left arm she has a tattoo of a winding vine that starts on her hand and finishes on the top of her shoulder, along this vine thirty four blossomed flowers rest. On her right bicep there is a tattoo of a circle split into five sectors, each representing one of the main element affinities and in the middle a yin and yang symbol to show her affinity for medical jutsu, on her right forearm is the tattoo of a dragon with its head starting on the top of her hand the tail reaching to her elbow itself. Her fingernails are often shaped to have sharp points and are often painted a dark red colour.
Kairas rear would be firm with no to little signs of fat on it itself due to the amount of excercise she does, this is also one of the only areas on her body she has not yet tattooed as well as her crotch, neck, face or some of her legs.
Her legs are also in her opinion the best feature of her body, They are long, toned and curved in a way that completely compliments the rest of her body, they are also always void of and body hair itself and on her right inner thigh there would rest a tattoo of a black rose to symbolize her dark, violent yet caring nature. Her feet are rather small though not freakishly small and her nails always seem to be painted a different colour every week but her favourite colour is a deep dark red.
Kairas skin is always lightly tanned and her body seems to have no signs of tan lines at all, the skin itself is flawless other then the tattoos and is void of most body air aside from that on her had and her eye brows.
Personality:
Kaira was born into a family in the middle class. She was taught how to respect those who are older than her and to only fight when necessary. Kaira is not the type of person who starts arguments, but she is quite capable of ending one with just a few words. A flaw of hers would be that she jumps to conclusions. But most of the time, she normally keeps to herself and helps those who are in need. Kaira is very much like her mother in behavior, she is stubborn, independent and is very strong hearted and willed. Kaira will not allow anyone to walk over her or tell her what to do.
When Kaira is out in the public, she is observant and will make time to help those who are in need around her. She likes to spend time with the elderly as the stories that they come up with are always interesting. Kaira is afraid of growing old as she is quite self conscious; her appearance must always be at it's best. Kaira is the type of person who loves the attention, but she does not seek it. There is also a dark side to her as well, Kaira was brought up without friends except for her family. She is the only child and does become bitter when she is lonely, this is the reason why she loves the attention as she never got any when she was younger.

Rp – Studying the many bloodlines around her for some years now and actually seeing the user many of these could have in the medical field, Kaira has been very carefully researching a way to alter her own eyes to hopefully try incorporate some of the features these blood lines posses.
The only true abilities she has tried to incorporate into her own eyes from the study of these bloodlines, is the ability to see within the human body at various levels to actually be able to see where a person may be injured internally so she can administer treatment directly to the area rather than waste her efforts on healing the entire body.
The other ability she has incorporated into this alteration of her eyes is the ability to roughly see a person’s chakra network, which would allow her to actually change her medical techniques to directly affect this rather then heal the body, allowing her to replenish another chakra at her own expense, though even with this sight it is not a perfect ability to see the chakra network so she is unable to strike at it like the Hyuuga, only able to heal it.
To achieve this alteration to her eyes, she would need someone with the ability to actually alter ones body without changing to much physically, so after going through the council and getting proper permission she has asked Layie to do such, giving Layie a strict medical guide to follow for the procedure as Kaira is sure that it will work.
After the medical alteration is complete, Kaira will be virtually blind for a few days as her eyes adjust to the new vision she is capable of attaining, which is why she must remain in hospital after the surgery is complete.
When the eyes are in use in this mode, they take on an almost mirror like silver appearance, people able to see their own reflections in such, this is to allow Kaira to select in which spectrum she wishes to see in whilst glancing into a body and to also select which level of ‘x-ray’ she wishes to use, whether it be a layer of clothes or deep within muscle. When not in use, her eyes would simply be as they normally are, though a bit more reflective than usual.
Pvp Abilities –
[b]Direct Treatment
Rp – The ability to look directly into either the users or another’s body greatly improves the ability to treat a wound, this reduces the amount of wasted chakra on all body healing by applying it directly to an internal or external wound by a small degree.
Body Invasion
Rp – Now able to see directly through both clothes and the body itself this lets Kaira now directly see any internal wounds or the extent of external wounds, this helps her grant the right treatment for injuries as well as monitor the body itself.
Chakra Sight
Rp – Being able to see into the body has also let Kai develop the technique further to be able to roughly see the chakra network moving through someone’s body and is now able to read their level of chakra as well as direct basic medical jutsu toward the network to restore it at a lower level, though she cannot strike at the chakra network like a Hyuuga.
Pvp – Can read Cp, Can use Medical and to heal cp instead of hp, though the target only gains half the amount healed. This cannot be used for 'scouting' purposes like the Hyuuga's Byakugan, nor is it able to see through illusions/clones like the byakugan
Passive Abilities –
Increased Body Knowledge
Rp – The ability to see now directly within the body and study both the bodies workings and the bodies chakra network has let Kai see some things in an active state rather than a deceased state she is used to studying bodies. This has slightly increased her knowledge of the bodies’ functions.

~Mixed Steel Casing~
The outer coating of steel on these blades is made with such a mix that it allows the swords to retain their sharpness and shape without regular maintenance, mixed with the Shi’gawa knowledge and care of a katana it has made these blades able to cut through most materials known through the Shinobi world.
~Light Weight Core~
Having studied the various materials around the shinobi world, Kaira has discovered the best choice for both strength and weight is not in fact steel, But the bone of the Kaguya. Seeking two bone Katanas from Rabbit, She shaved the bone down and coated it in metal to allow for a light weight and deadly core to her new blades.
Note this used to affect Crimson Fury, Feral Fury is the replacement for this.
~Sharpened Steel~
The special mix of steels combined by Kaira herself has meant these blades when sharpened stay sharp and rarely have to be sharpened again. This means the cut created by these blades are unique, able to often cut through some of the strongest defences and even ignoring some of the natural protection some people have.

Medical Treatment Records~
Over the years Kaira has kept small records of nearly every medical procedure and event that she has ever done or been a witness to. This has led to a wide range of medical knowledge in almost every field being written in this small notebook for her reference later on, she has also written a more in depth series of books about her encounters which she keeps at home.
~Shinobi Encounter Records ~
Similar to the medical records kept within the notebook, Kaira has dedicated half of the notebook to shinobi she has encountered or fought against. This often lets her identify various people at a quick glance by the features and abilities she has written down within her notebook.
~Jutsu Performance Knowledge~
When a jutsu interests Kaira and it is of her element, she will often write down the details of the jutsu itself, she also tends to do this with her jutsu finding ways to increase the jutsus performance and the way she can use it. This often leads to her having a slight advantage when learning new jutsu or using jutsu she has already learnt.

Description – Seeking a way to delay the effects of the human weakness of aging, Kaira has been studying for years to properly perfect what she has named the Eien no shīru. This seal locks the users body in a form of stasis, letting it still perform its daily functions but this is counter acted by a very slow trickle of a unique form of healing chakra which holds the body at the age and state at which the seal was placed on it. If the body holds a disease, cancer or the like when the seal is placed upon the body, the seal will lock this disease on the user until released, though at the stage it was when the seal was perfected. Should the seal eventually be removed by them self or another, the users body would suffer no true ill effects other then the person them self becoming bed ridden as the their body begins to function ‘normally’ once more.
To perform this jutsu on them self or another, the target must on a daily basis put a small amount of chakra away into the seal until the seal itself is complete, once the seal is full of chakra and properly set up the user can subconsciously maintain it outside of battle with no effect on the users chakra itself.
Inside of battle the seal can be used to help regenerate the bodies wounds slowly, and help the body ignore a very small amount of pain whilst active, though to use this form of the seal, the user must place more effort into the chakra required to maintain the seal at its proper level, though if done properly the user should not have to fill the seal with chakra once more after the battle, if the user should fall unconscious the seal itself will fall into its dormant state.
In the worst case scenario that the person with this seal should be killed, the stored chakra will begin to resurrect the body of its user once more, though this effect depends on the amount of damage the body sustains and the area in which it is sustained. If the users head is removed from its body this effect cannot possibly happen as the body has no brain in which it can communicate with.
As a sort of defence again this seal being removed, Kaira made sure this seal could only be removed by one technique. The technique she made to counteract and remove the seal itself in case she need to.
In its dormant form, the seal takes the form of a shape resembling a cross of sorts with a dark black rose at the top, when activated, the rose itself changes colour to a dark red until it is once again deactivated.
Rp / Pvp Passive Effects – Ic the user is locked at their current age and body condition, immune to disease, poison, venom and permanent negative effects until the seal is removed, wounds regenerate over time, this seal also cannot be removed by any means other than its special removal technique.
The longer this is used it can cause perminate mental damage, also makes her natual sences are lowered
like touch smeel sight and sound are affected in this mode. The damage mentaly appears after 5 posts of using and gets worse the more posts it is used for after 5 and two turns of usuage sences start to be affected.

- Not much is truely known about Kairas past other then what she has told a select few people, one of the more notable events in her live is when she was a ninja in the village hidden in the Rain. At the young age of twelve, Kaira has already perfected her own style for her clans kenjutsu techniques and when this was shown to her very jealous mother, her mother planned to have Kaira removed from the clan once and for all. When Kaira was sleeping, her mother slipped into her room and tried to kill Kaira in her sleep, but luckily Kaira had heard her mother enter and had woken just in time to stop the attack, after a brief struggle Kaira struck her mother down and quickly fled the Shi'gawa home. As she fled several Rain-nin had noticed the blood stained girl and began to chase after her, thinking they were going to take her back to the village she weaved through a tight passage only she knew about as a child and that she had filled with various traps, killing the pursuing ninja. Due to this event Kaira has been constantly wanted by the Rain Village, and she has been unable to sleep at night for no more then three to four hours at a time.
Kaira was born into a family of two brothers and three sisters. Her mother died Kumori was kind and gentle and her father was compelled by her kindness. Kaira witnessed death for the first time at age two when her youngest brother Fuishen suffered and died from a blood illness that was passed along by his father. Only one other child in Kaira's family had this illness, and that was Kaira herself.
The village doctors and Kairas father believed she herself would be dead by age three. Kaira prevailed and kept her life, although the illness still affected her abilities to move and live regularly. She often experienced pain from the illness. Her father instilled in her mind that pain led to weakness, and weakness was not acceptable. Because of this, Kaira learned at an early age to hid her pain. Tragedy struck the family once again when Kaira was four. Kumori was killed on an attack to the village, leaving Kaira and her many siblings under the care of her father, Kei. After his wife's death, Kei was relentless and harsh in caring for his children.
Two of Kaira's sisters, Miah and Sein, died first under the cruel training of Kei. This left Kaira's brother Lea and her remaining sister Lilah. Lea died after receiving a beating from Kei when Kei was angered by a moment of weakness that Kaira experienced in training. Lea's death haunted Kaira and she vowed to never let anyone be punished because of her.
Remaining in the broken family was Lilah and Kaira. They were best friends; the only friends either had ever had. Both dreamed of escaping Kei's wrath, but this dream never came fully true. Kaira had also hoped of changing her father's actions. She hoped to change him for the better.. For bother Lilah and herself. Her father was not changeable though and Lilah died in an "accident" while training. This left Kaira alone with her father and his training. His harsh behavior and raising led to Kairas cold outer personality. He is also responsible for her fear of fire and her many scars, primarily the large burn scar on her right arm. Since she received this scar, Kaira keeps her right upper arm bandaged to hide it.
When Kaira was 7, her father died. His cause of death is unknown and Kaira refuses to talk about it, although many villagers believe she finally retaliated and fought back to her father's torture. They had known all along of Kei's actions, yet none had done anything to help his children. Growing up and seeing the village's lack of care and compassion led to her development of sarcasm and lack of trust in others. After Kei's death, Kaira was put into the care of the very people she grew up disliking.
The village enrolled her in ninja academy and she began her training. All expected her to fail because of the setbacks she experienced from her illness still present in her blood. Contrary to their beliefs though Kaira excelled through her classes and learned the many aspects of her training. Her Kenjutsu studies strengthened her beliefs in kindness and caring and her harsh outer core was slightly broken down. She first trusted others for the first time in a long time when she was placed in her first squad, consisting of two boys named Gehn and Vain. These two became her closest friends throughout her studying and training.

- Kaira was rather lazy when it came ot the academy, often not showing up at all just to simply stay at home and train with her blade or go for walks and runs where she shouldnt. This often landed her in trouble many times and kept her back from officialy passing the academy although she had already learnt the jutsu and shown the skills required to do so, when she did pass the instructors were more then over joyed to see the troublesome Shi'gawa leave.
.:: CHUNIN ::.
During her chunin exams, events took a turn for the worst. Vain, the boy Kaira had grown to love, betrayed the team and killed Gehn in an argument. Kaira, under Gehn's request, fled the scene. Eventually, Vain tracked her down and attacked. Kaira, in order to survive and to avenge her friend, fought back. Vain lost the battle and died due to his injuries. Kaira escaped virtually unharmed except for a long thin cut on the left side of her face. This cut left a scar that is a constant reminder to Kaira about the events that happened that day. She would never trust anyone easily again.
.:: JOUNIN ::.
- As she grew older Kaira found herself at the gates of Konoha, entering with the escrot of Anbu and other nin, she had met with the hokage and joined the village in a hope to correct some of the damage she has done. She now resides there permanently as a resident doctor in the hospital and also now has begun to lead her own squad.

RP Sample: Ino was stood in the exam room waiting for the exam to start she could see that sakura standing with Sasuke on the far side of the room she wanted to show Sasuke that she was as smart as sakura and did not want to be behind her in these exams and wanted to show she was better.
Ino saw on the other side of the room an explosion of smoke that was the size of half the war then suddenly she heard a loud scary voice began to speak about the exams he introduced himself as Ibiki Morino he was a tall man, had scars on his face and was intimating to Ino she froze where she stood and did not move as he spoke he said he was the procter of the chunin exams and he told us that we had to hand in our paperwork and that we would be given an exam seat number, he then spoke somemore about the rules for the exam it self like no combat during exams without permission from the procter and he also said the use of fatal force was not allowed Ino tried her best to listen to the man but was scared of him as he spoke.
Ino handed in her paper work and was given a deck number she looked at it and saw it was not too far from where Sakura was sitting in the room it was directly behind her 3 rows back. Ino sat in her deck ready got her pencil out ready for the exam. “Right I am ready for the exam I cant lose to Sakura I need to do my best”. Just as she finished speaking the procter spoke again and explained the rules of the exam he expained that the exam works on a points system and expained that if you reach zero points you fail the exam along with your team and cheating will result in the loss of two points from your score.

I'm not 100 percentage sure, but i believe the stat system is in play now, thats what was stated on Minato character app by hakai. It suppose to be placed right under the elemental info. So please go ahead and add that part. Haven't went over it throughly yet, butlooks good so far.

Ok finally got on my labtop to actually throughly look at your app over all a pretty good app. But of course being who i am and being able to finally check people apps. I'm a nit picker lol, so don't fuss me out to hard lol, but i found alot of problems{ well can't really say problems just things i didn't agree with to much} So by all means if i'm wrong somewhere in this just let me know and i will edited it accordingly unless i feel as though what you tell me still doesn't justify what you are trying to get approved. So with that being said...................... Here are my results or better yetmy findings on your app lol.
This jutsu needs a post count on how long the user won't be able to use the dojutsu.
This is more of an A Rank Jutsu.
Let me know if i'm wrong, but thought chidori and all its varation were banned?? if i'm incorrect then this is fine.

Does this attack also stop taijutsu moves and other elemental Jutsu or just lightning??
A little confused with this one, what does it actually do, does it attack the target?? or is it more of a genjutsu?? i ask this because it said it passes through a person and nothing else, so don't know if it is an actually attack or not.
Even though most of your jutsu need to place some kind of range, i can over look them all but this one, whats the range of this attack seeing that it is an S rank attack i would say somewhere from around 50 to 60 meters around the general area, probably little less just guessing that really.
This is more a KKG then anything else although i read how you came across to get them reguardless of it being an S rank, this gives you ablilies similar to both the hyuuga clan dojutsu and the uchiha clan dojutsu which allows you to see how the body works. Even though you can't see as good as the charka system as good as the hyuuga clan it does however rival what the uchiha clan can see. Even though you don't have the dojutsu skill of either the hyuuga or uchiha clan. This ablitlies is still to skill to be just a normal S- Rank jutsu. The fact that your eye's change for one color to another color put it in the dojutsu clan allow. I don't know maybe i'm looking to deep into it, But an admin will probably have to look at that.
If i'm not mistaken this is simiar of f not the exact same kind of Jutsu tsunade has. This take a through amount of chakra and medical knowledge to have, I'm not sure how the stat system works or not but tsunade was a master medical ninja, if you were to place her in this current stat system her chakra control, and intelliance would be over 250 Placing her in the Leity class, i'm not saying that has to be the case with you, but aside from that you get alot of perks with this and not a real big side effect beside mental stablity, and this doesn't happen quickly this happens over time probably takes years before the effects would even start showing. This as well will prbably have to be looked at by an admin.
and looking at your strength and flaws, your strength out weigh your flaws, being a master swordsmen and a master of the medical arts, having genjutus as a weakness isn't all that great unless you can be caught in even the most basic genjutsu, which i doubt see that you are a kage. A little confused with this one, what does it actually do, does it attack the target?? or is it more of a genjutsu?? i ask this because it said it passes through a person and nothing else, so don't know if it is an actually attack or not.

Even though most of your jutsu need to place some kind of range, i can over look them all but this one, whats the range of this attack seeing that it is an S rank attack i would say somewhere from around 50 to 60 meters around the general area, probably little less just guessing that really.

This is more a KKG then anything else although i read how you came across to get them reguardless of it being an S rank, this gives you ablilies similar to both the hyuuga clan dojutsu and the uchiha clan dojutsu which allows you to see how the body works. Even though you can't see as good as the charka system as good as the hyuuga clan it does however rival what the uchiha clan can see. Even though you don't have the dojutsu skill of either the hyuuga or uchiha clan. This ablitlies is still to skill to be just a normal S- Rank jutsu. The fact that your eye's change for one color to another color put it in the dojutsu clan allow. I don't know maybe i'm looking to deep into it, But an admin will probably have to look at that.

If i'm not mistaken this is simiar of f not the exact same kind of Jutsu tsunade has. This take a through amount of chakra and medical knowledge to have, I'm not sure how the stat system works or not but tsunade was a master medical ninja, if you were to place her in this current stat system her chakra control, and intelliance would be over 250 Placing her in the Leity class, i'm not saying that has to be the case with you, but aside from that you get alot of perks with this and not a real big side effect beside mental stablity, and this doesn't happen quickly this happens over time probably takes years before the effects would even start showing. This as well will prbably have to be looked at by an admin.
and looking at your strength and flaws, your strength out weigh your flaws, being a master swordsmen and a master of the medical arts, having genjutus as a weakness isn't all that great unless you can be caught in even the most basic genjutsu, which i doubt see that you are a kage. On my phone so can do what i want to... Anyway everything else seems fine but still the flaws you added im sure u keep this seal activate for a long period of time ic if not all the time given me an estimated time when the flaws will take effecr and give me a flaw once it feactivated and it will be good to go
