Looks:Cut is a fairly tall, fair-tan skinned man .He have bright blue-eyes and spiky long blond hair that reaches down to his back. Cut jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face that extends past his shoulders. Cut isconsidered to be very handsome, as many women were infatuated with him. His normal attire consisted of a standard Nami-nin uniform (expect blue he wear red and black.) with two bands each on both of his sleeves, a flak jacket (Black) and a forehead protector; he wears a short-sleeved long white coat over his normal attire, decorated by flames-like motifs on the edges, with the kanji for "Demon Bamboo" written vertically down the back, and closed on the front by a thin red rope. He also dark trousers and dark calf-length sandals. He wears his pouch on his waist and two kuni holsters on below both of his knees.



Personality: Cut was calm, collected, and highly perceptive. He also seemed well aware of the terror his reputation inspired in his foes. He appeared to be respectful of those around him; he didn't like freely speaking about others' pasts, and was said to be a very nice person. Apparently believing traumas he experienced in his youth had enlightened him to the true meaning of pain and suffering, he considered himself a deity, and believed he had evolved beyond a mere human being. He sought to show the world the meaning of pain by using an ultimate weapon to deter future wars, by means similar to "mutually assured destruction", and showed no moral qualms about his actions.He even went so far as to proclaim himself a "god of peace", that had to guide the world to maturity through pain. Finally, he felt that no-one could understand true peace unless they understood "true" pain, something his childhood.Because Nami was partly responsible for the tragedies in his life, he held a great deal of animosity towards the village. He is extremely arrogant, insulting even the strongest ninja and treating Anbu members as mere tools rather than comrades.Despite his arrogance, he is not above giving praise to his enemies, for being able to wound him.Cut has shown great ability in manipulating others to do his work for him.He appears to have a somewhat twisted outlook with respect to this, often avoiding responsibility by claiming that people acted voluntarily, though in reality they were coerced or manipulated by him.Cut loyalties and personality are difficult to discern, as he is a sadistic, yet polite, helpful man with a dry sense of humour. He enjoys playing mind games with his enemies, often unnerving them by pointing out their weaknesses and turning personal horrors against them. Cut stated that he dislikes forcing people to do things against their will, and instead he would manipulate them by acting sympathetic to them.

The Namikaze have learn how to place seals or on weapons. Their mastery allows them to seal jutsu inside of seals. There are many different forms that the Namikaze clan use with their Fuuninjutsu. They have the ability to create new seals and imprint seals on surfaces. The Namikaze clan also have the ability to levatie and minpulate tags in various of ways. Either by changing their shape , or by sending them at an opponent. The Namikaze clan can create their own types of tags using fuuninjutsu.

The Swift Release (迅遁, Jinton) is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that can be used to move at virtually instantaneous speed, granting the user an advantage over opponents with more strength than speed, such as users of Chakra Enhanced Strength. This nature therefore renders the user invulnerable against most taijutsu. Special Abilities: Cut's Kuni differ in look from a standard kunai in that they have three blades instead of one and on the handle (which is thicker than normal) is marked with seals.The prongs on them also makes it more deadly in melee fighting. He seemed to prefer using these special kunai over the standard type.Cut can also pour chakara into the kuni before throwing them , which can also extend his chakra through the metal of the blade.This causes the blade to lengthen with an added chakra edge. This hidden danger can act as a surprise to enemies who misjudge the distance they will need to maneuver to avoid the deadly blades.The blades are en scripted kanji that spells levitate. By using the snake seal cut can active the kuni third effect to allow it to levitate and attack foes at mid-range. The blade will move according to Orochimaru's finger movements.

History: Chapter I.

Cut's Birth and the sealing of the Demon Bamboo.
Uzumaki Cut was born outside the hidden village on the ocean. His Mother Tia Uzumaki was giving birth to her first born Cut in the Golden City. The Sky was dark, sounds echoed from outside of her house. The Attack of Kuma was taking place. The Former Namikage lead a team to dispatch angst the monster. As the clash went on for three days now. The beast and his opponents was growing tired. The Namikage manged to weaken the beast. The best rushed off to flee the area. When the Hokage summon pinned him down by the home of Tia. As she was giving birth to her son. The beast fell on top of her house destroying half of her home. The Namikage acted quick as he sealed the beast away in the new born baby Cut. His mother shorty passed away leaving him parent-less.

Cut's begins the life of a shinobi
After the Bijuu had been sealed into his host seven years had passed. Now was the new Dawn of a new type of leaf shinobi. Cut was soon admitted into the academy after being adopted by an Anbu root member. As he was growing up Lei or the anbu who adopted him began to train Cut him self in the art of Taijutsu. Taijutsu was the first skill the young boy mastered. In the academy he learn simple and basic jutsu. Soon came the day of the exams where Cut's skills would be tested. Cut was able to to transfom himself into his teacher allowing him to pass the first exam. He then transformed himself into his teacher's desk, his last test was to be able to construct shadow clones. This was Cut's true master, being able to do with ease Cut made three shadow clones.

The Young Genins
Soon after he passed the exams Cut was assigned to a team with an Uchiha and Hyuuga. Zeke Uchiha and Roy Hyuuga was very talent also in the art of taijutsu. This gave their team an elite squad in close combat. Cut's sensei was name Rex Fumma, who was a master in ninjutsu. The team trained together for three years. They completed about 46 missions together. When the three years was over Cut was being to form his very own nintaijutsu based jutsu. Soon came the chuunin exams. Every member in their squad advanced to the final round. The last match was Zeke and Cut. With Cut's fire based jutsu he had won his match ,also killing his teammate by mistake. He became one of the first person to kill in the exams in years.

Chuunin to Anbu Root
Soon after Cut had passed the chuunin exams he went on three mission before the Hokage assigned him as an Anbu Root member. Cut's adpoted father's training had paid off. Cut had also began to create his own style of nintaijutsu. Using his fire chakra as a coat made him elite shinobi at the art of killing. The Hokage sent him on missions to assassinate rouge shinobi. Cut quickly became the leader of the anbu.

Chapter II.
Anbu Leader to Stray
Being the anbu leader gave Cut information to all the leaf history. He also was able to send anbu members out on their own missions. This result on Cut turning rouge. Reading a top secrete file report on a mission,had forever changed Cut. At this time he was station in Engan, this is where he had meet their kage. At first they was trading weaponry with out the Namikage permission. The Namikage was growing curious and sent a time to spy on Cut's actions. Cut being an elite shinobi, he scouted out his spies. This resulted in battle in which he killed all of the spies. Cut is still under investigation by the NamiKage.

He quickly in haled bring the smoke back into his mouth. His white eyes was blood shot red. His eyes hung low as if they was closed. But Cut's eyes was open. The smell of purple was strong in the air. The Hokage stood on his tower smoking.

70 meters away from the hokags tower. The Hokage and his dogfs picked up on the scent of the miuzukage. Then smoke soon filled the air as an aparment complex was destroyed. The smell of the man was strong as it was moving closer. The Mizukage was coming to challge the Hokage.

The Hokage looked down as he finished off his blunt then tossed it to the ground. On his hand was two gloves made for him. His dogs ears poked up. The Hokage made hand signs in a blur. Then placed his hands on the ground. "Batou sick em."

Batou stands at around seven feet tall, still towering over Cut even after all these years. He has dark brown fur, tattered from the constant battles he's been through. In recent years he has discarded his own steel helmet, but still dons the steel arm guards, steel shin guards, and a steel chest protector, all painted a deep red with a white swirl starting from the center of each, and extending to the edges. He has bulging muscles, used to crush heads of enemies and be an overall machine of destruction.

The Large Dog went to go after the scent. He jumped from roof top to roof top. Till he soon appeared over the man. To begin his attack, Bauto remove his scroll and set it on the ground, after forming the necessary hand seals, the scroll will rise into the air and begin to swirl around a middle vortex. Baotu then used this space to launch himself into the air in front of the spinning scroll above the man. From this scroll he summoned his weapons which he then begins to throw at the mizukage at a quick speed. Over a 1000 weapons rained down on the man's head.After the weapons would fall Batou came raming his large paws at the mans head coming down with an over head axe like attack.


The Hokage and his dogs disappeared from their tower. They set off come after the man, The triplets soon appeared on the ground 25 feet be hide the man while the Hokage and Damu appeared about only 20 feet in front of the man. They watched the man carefully read to strike him as the weapons was launched towards him. Chakra flowed around the Hokages gloved showing lighting sparks.
