Zen stands at an even six feet and weighs about one hundred and eighty pounds. You can clearly see that he is in shape because of the athletic build he has, but his body is mainly built for speed. His hair is short and brown, and it spikes up with a few strands dropping down to his face. He always has a look of complete apathy on his face, as if he is always calm. His skin is pale, and he has golden eyes which is far from common within his clan.
When not on a mission, he is seen wearing a red sleeveless shirt(which is his favorite color), but he prefers it to fit a little loose. He can also be caught wearing a long sleeves black shirt that fit him well but is baggy around the arm area. When on missions, he always wears his all black jacket and has his familys symbol on the back of it in white. He likes to wear his all white pants that hang loose on his ankles. And then there is a pair of black combat boots that he never goes without.
Personality:
Zen's true personality is inhumane. He loves war and pain, without it, he feels incomplete. He loves no one, and he never has. Those who are closest to him are those that proved themselves loyal. The weak will die in his presence, unless he has other uses for them. He is very manipulative, using his charisma to fool people into thinking he has an ounce of humanity left in him to get what he wants.
He is used to getting what he wants. From power, to money, to women, there is no one that will say no to him without feeling his wrath. When in battle, his fighting style is ruthless. he overpowers the enemy with superior skill, and doesn't care for his own well being while doing so. He cares for his village, or at least he tells himself so. He sees it as his territory, so he protects it.

Speed Demon- Due to constant training from a young age, Zen is 30% faster than most shinobi his rank even without the use of LRA.

Flaws/Weaknesses:
Genjutsu?!- Zen's ability when it comes to genjutsu is one of the worst. He cannot cast one, and he has to use chakra two ranks above to break any genjutsu.
Ouch! Kinda...-Only dealing with causing internal harm, Zen is 30% weaker than most his rank without the use of LRA

Utilizing the Hakke Rokujuuyonshou style, Hinata uses her natural flexibility and her precise chakra control to create an absolute defense. Hinata will emit chakra from her palms and move her arms in sweeping pattern movements to provide a full 360 degree range of protection for her body. This chakra will be also be able to cut through most any target which dares penetrate the protective sphere. By expelling a more sharper, stronger and more flexible amount of chakra, she can increase it's effectiveness against more massive incoming objects.

Description:A split road use of the gentle fist that can only be used by someone who has mastered the original style. This makes use of the chakra points as actual weapons instead of forming bonds between two points. (( for reference, take all examples as if the user was using his hands)) Chakra is gathered into marbel sized orbs stuck to the user's chakra points, when contact is made, the balls erupt, this is called Gentle Impact . This is advantagous in that it can cause a wider span of damage, not just to chakra paths and points, but actually crosses over slightly into closed fist style due to the fact that it causes physical damage as well. For the most part, the chakra system is disrupted beyond repair if the user wasn't holding back. This style is saved for only masters due to the fact that the Impact orbs, can detenate prematurely, before being channeled into an enemy, thus damaging the user. In retrospect, this technque could finish an enemy in one blow if placed right.

Than it expands into a fireball roughly 6 diameters wide before bursting into blossom size pedals falling from the sky like snow. Upon repeating the hand signs the smaller pedal size fireball shoot at your opponent(s) at speeds of 65 mph. If they hit your opponent, they'll usually leave an out line of your opponent(s) in the remaining pedals that miss before they dissolve into nothing. As you get stronger the pedals become more deadly, with better accuracy.

Once the fire wall are form a cone shape and complete cut off all air flow.The heat eats up the oxygen with in the circle very quickly causing the opponent(s) to become short breathed and drained of energy. The fire sucked all of the air out of the ring and replaces it with smoke. The smoke is a deadly gas that cause you to choke, and get blurred vision.

This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both liquid and gas based poisons. This requires a great amount of chakra control and time depending on how strong the poison is.

History:
Academy Student
Zen Hyuga was born into the Hyuga clan. He was a emotionless child that went to the academy of the Leaf village, some say it was due to his mother dying giving birth. He started as a excellent student. He never failed to grasp the concept of anything he was taught at a very quick rate. Despite his learning ability, he found that his social skills were not as well off. His father was also one of the best med ninjas in the family, gaining quite a bit of respect. But on the day on his graduation, his father failed to come back from a mission.
Genin
From that day on Zen was all alone. Not that he cared. He slowly began doing even better on his missions , the tragedy taking no emotional toll on him whatsoever. All he cared for was power. But this was taking a toll on his teamwork skills. He preferred handling things himself, because no matter how hard they tried, his teammates couldn't keep up.
Chuunin/Jounin
Because of this, Zen caused his team to fail the chuunin exams the first time. And of course he Hyuga pride made him blame them for his failure. He was soon sent to train under an old retired Anbu by himself. Upon training under the man, Zen learned much more than he thought was possible with his previous teacher. For once in his life, he found something that was somewhat challenging. But that didn't change the fact that he was a prodigy. Learning to stay in the shadows, and to fight like some of the best in Konoha, he calmed down a bit.
He saw his team once again during the exams, and he graduated after a long test, winning back the respect of his peers. But once he got it, he found that it did nothing for him. The praise of others was nothing next to the power he felt when in battle. So as a jounin, he trained and developed incredible speed.
Kage
Zen was always on the lookout for a challenge. Moving from ninja to ninja, he made quite a name for himself among merchants and fellow ninja alike. He was called by many names, but the one that stuck the most was the Red Sage. Soon, he felt that he was the most powerful man in the village. So he led a riot, taking on the kage and killing him. He has been the hokage since.
RP Sample:
Hope. Though he thought of himself as the farthest thing from it Riku had been given the name by the citizens of this damned city. When he looked at himself, he saw no hope, but he saw just another shinobi, trying to get by. Looking out over the balcony, Riku watched the people live from day to day, the weak being taken control of by the poor. That was just the type of village it was. If you were not strong then you better become strong or live to be someones plaything. He was not hope. If he was, he would be doing something about this rather than watching it. He sighed as he looked up in the sky. It seemed as if permanent clouds blocked the sun from them, a ray of sunshine seldom breaking though. Now that was hope. The small ray of light that showed them that they could someday see the sun. Giving them hope of a brighter future. Riku could not compare himself to that. He was not hope, but someday, he would show them hope.
Seeing a thug steal a piece of bread from a poor orphan. Disappearing he reappeared in front of the thug, hitting him with a temporary paralysis. Then looking at the little girl, he spoke. " He stole your food, what will you do to punish him?" The girl looked up at him hopeless. He took out a kunai and handed it to her. "Do what you have to do before he gets up," he said before he disappeared. Some would say that what he did was heartless, but is was what the girl needed to survive. He would make this city strong yet.

Done. And though I put N/A for clan KKG, Zen has the Rinnegan as i put in the appearance and the history.
Flaw-It takes two ranks higher to break a genjutsu so if a d rank was used on him for kai he would need to use a B rank amount of chakra

High Chakra Capacity-Those in the Uzumaki Clan are known for their large chakra reserves. Zen has one of the largest.

also to make the flaw fit state that you cant break it to a certain rank use mine for example
I can break genjutsu but it requies an S rank amount of chakra and i cant break S rank gen

Genjutsu?!-
Zen's ability when it comes to genjutsu is one of the worst. He cannot
cast one, and it is difficult for him to break high level genjutsu.

chakra recievers are a must
but you can use that seal to allow you to temporarily control people through a path

Your flaw still isnt big enough add in that it takes two ranks higher to break a genjutsu so if a d rank was used on you for kai you would need to use a B rank amount of chakra
